Wink Your body know what it needs

I have had problems since a child, and the miltary exacerbated the whole mess. My health problems, is what largely has helped me restore what got turned off as child.

I find that if you crave something and it makes you feel better, and it satifies and turns off the craving, it is what your body needed.

But if the craving was met with wanting more and more until you over eat, or eat it all of the time, and it is not fixing the problem or causing more, then it was a bad craving.

Some foods, our bodies cannot tolerate, or they trigger allergy reactions or etc. Also parasite can make you crave foods they like, and foods which will give them more control of your body; the parasites can be large or microscopic as bacteria and fungus and etc.

Having learned to sense what my body needs, or wants, or is bad for it, makes it much easier.

I have learned my body, our bodies know what it needs or wants, that it also has feelings and desires too, but we need to keep them in check, so there is not just total selfishness and brutality towards others.

I have answers pop into my head too, often as a kid, feeling threatened by some other kid in school, I would explain things I never learned.

I credit it to the Holy Ghost and the gift of discernment and realizing that to our minds/spirits there is really no time or distance. Some times it is like being into some cosmic mind conscienceness. Being a very sensitve Empath, that could be very true. Not sure, but sure it sure is nice it works like that way.

As we eat better, our bodies can recognize too, what is better for us, eating process chemicalized junk food does the opposite.

It is I guess, just being aware of our bodies and having a connection to it. In the winter when it gets colder, I crave more grains and stop craving much fruit. In the fall I start craving grains, and in spring it stops and I start craving fruit.

What is ripe at the time, should be the major part of our diet.

I think most people are just not tuned into their bodies and have no idea what the food they are stuffing into is doing, until they get some major disease, or are greatly haddicaped.

The best Bronchitus fix would be to stay away from mucus causing foods like dairy and what every, and keep your immune system up.

I have found that white sugar and flour are killers, the more you eat, the more you are going to be sick and ill.
