I wondered a lot lately where you went...it's good to see you back here really!

I hear you on the "i can't take it anymore" and every now and then i get myself numb too, and i don't think it' s all bad....it provides you with a little break, a time to catch your breath before you get back to the "battle"! I know there are others way to take a break, however being really sensetive and caring, it 's not easy to just stop thinking about it and go on with live....i suggest to not mix and mingle substances of any kind, stick with one and make sure you don't forget how to live without! Breathe, breathe as fully as you can, about 3times....do it several times a day, especially when you find yourselves feeling overwhelmed! We all forget about breathing or breathe shallow when something is up in our lives, and it is so existential to ventilate our bodies....it truly makes us stronger!
