I also love Avatar: The Last Airbender. I know that some people wont call it anime because its not Japanese, but I don't care. I think those people are being very closed minded. I will always consider it anime, or at the very least "anime-esque." It's very very good. Its not quite as violent as Japanese anime because they just can't get away with that in the U.S. sadly. But the story is phenomenal.

And I agree about Cowboy Bebop. I think its overrated. I never really could get into it for some reason. I think Samurai Champloo is much better.
