I have no problem with their religion either. As far as I'm concerned, they have every right to believe anything they choose to believe. Like you, I don't like them getting in my face or demanding I agree with them. Another problem arises from the tactics many of them employ to demonize anyone who doesn't believe as they do. Just like they are doing on the links Patricia provided.

I don't know if you are old enough to remember this but, back in the '80s and early '90s all over this country there was a witch hunt going on. Some of the radical Christians latched onto the idea that there were Satanists hiding behind every bush; working in the schools, at the day care centers, in the arcades, etc. Everywhere kids go, the Satanists were there waiting for them. They evened believed that these people were stealing kids and sacrificing them in bizarre rites. Well, police departments and the FBI and such were investigating reports from all kinds of people that they witnessed these sacrifices and the witnesses led the cops to the spots where these things were supposed to have occured. Not a single police dept. ever found any evidence that these things had happened. They'd even been led to places the witnesses had said the babies were buried after the sacrifices....no bodies. The police stopped investigating these reports, deeming them the products of fevered imaginations and outright insanity but, not before huge numbers of innocent people had had their lives destoyed and had spent time in jail...many had even been tried by a jury of their peers and the juries had found them innocent of the charges.

That's just a little bit about that time but, it is fresh in my memory and I want it to stay fresh. I know that many of the same imaginative and paranoid people who led that witch hunt still believe that we are all Satanists who sacrifice babies in weird rituals and who intend to wage a war against them.
Eventually, they will try to use the law against us again. But, some of them will not resort to legal means to deny us our freedoms next time. They will use other means.

So, I'm going to suggest something to you all, take it or leave it as you choose, of course. I'm going to suggest that you go to these sites that Patricia provided and read them from top to bottom then follow any links they have to other sites. Read up on what they are teaching, read up on their accusations, read up on their intentions towards us and all free thinking people. Make up your own mind but, understand that they are saying these things because they believe them. They believe that we are evil. If we understand that, we may be able to change their minds about us. If we can't change their minds about us, we can at least learn how to not give them anymore ammunition to use against us. It's all about learning...their's and ours.

Knowledge is power and fore-warned is fore-armed.

Yea I think some people get real paranoid and start spreading information such as those links faster than aids.

If you make ONE thread about it, cool, but if you spend your time in every thread you post in talking about the same thing, then geesssh

Well, I went and read everything she posted and she did mention it a few times but, not all of the time. She says she believes she is from another planet....I forget what they call that belief....oh, Starseeds, right? She's into the Pleiadians and Barbara Marciniak. After finding that out about her, I am more confused than ever as to why she sent us those links to radical Christian sites.

If you have any questions concerning what I posted, it would be prudent to address them to me! These links were simply reference points to be researched and nothing to do with religion! I only care that what is being said is the truth and not what religion a person is. I have no interest in religion whatsoever other than to expose the faults and deliberate 'amendments to beliefs' inherent in them.

Sorry OP, I realized that I did indeed take your thread off topic and I apologize. Thanks SSHenry for pointing that out. My understanding of 2012 is that it is a rebirth and not armegeddon as so many have come to believe. But really, what do I know? All I can share is my experience and the messages I receive concerning this topic. Much of what Patricia posted is what I have come to understand as well. An energy shift is occuring bringing an end to old ways and energies, swinging the pendulum in the opposite direction. All that "dark" that we experience currently will increase until it catalizes the shift. I have become aware of the "dark" family and their agenda. There is much evidence supporting their existence and their plans. I don't know how exactly things will all pan out. For me, I have decided several things... First, I will choose love over fear regardless of what occurs, I wll attempt to carry out my personal mission to the best I am able, and finally I will remind myself as often as I can that regardless of "agenda", family, race, gender, etc...that we are all one and originate from the same source.

So that is my 2 cents on the matter. Blessings to you OP in your whitness and observation in this matter.

Does anyone KNOW for certain what will happen? IF anything happens? Are we looking at the end of the world? A spiritual assension? Another Y2K-type boy-who-cried-wolf-scenario?
