I believe when you are open to your "depths" your eyes will convey this. During my travels lately I have shared "eternal" moments with eyes around europe, actually these are the moments that keeps me going. I believe when you feel that jolt of a deep connection, it is also recognized in the other nomatter how splitsecond the meeting was.
