I say mateys..... drift to the dream, detach from the land and those madmen who live by telling others how to live. That much floating plastic is a monstrous resource, available for the gathering. Not only will it float, IT IS FUEL. It was once oil. Operationally, it might even sustain itself as an alternate form of fuel in place of solar energy.
