The Vegas connection has to do with the saying "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas". It's for real. The Feds, IRS (and others) are walking all over what used to be privacy ethics in business. If there is money there, they want it. It is so bad that the US Army is trying to make wounded soldiers REFUND their signup bonuses because they can't fight. That should tell ya something about the falling dollar.

In Vegas, privacy is paramount all the way up to the corprate level. Therefore a non-profit has a better chance of staying intact. Actually, an off-shore corporation out of the Carribean might even work better - it's just that grants are easy ro squeeze from US sources if you are a US entity.

This can be anybody's dream. We just need to get there before Donald Trump.
