Well, religion can be argumentive that's for sure. There have been wars fought over the Unitarianism vs. Trinitarianism debate. (Which I'm starting to get into on here). But on the whole, all religions have morals that most of us can agree with. Most religions have stories of heros, and so forth.
The problem is that we're all human, and tend to focus on the differences rather than the similarities.
