Crazy astral experience

A while ago I had a very crazy dream/astral experience. I was falling asleep and I sensed a spirit trying to make contact with me. It's helped me do some OBE's and astral stuff, so I kinda ignored it, and then started going into an odd trance. A while later, I felt an odd pulling sensation, and suddenly I was in this field with short grass and wind that was so strong I couldn't stand up. It wasn't exactly like a dream because I felt like I was actually there. it was kinda cool for a while, but then when I tried to wake up, I couldn't get out of it. I tried to move my arms and stuff but it was really hard, and when I finally could move, I was still there kinda. It felt really strange - I moved my hand to touch my face, and could feel the touch but my entire face was numb and I still couldn't wake up, and was still in the field. Finally I was able to pull out of it, but it took a bunch of effort. Has anyone had this, or know much about what this means as far as astral travel? Thanks!

a pulling sensation..that has happened to me before,idk if my experience had to do with a spitrit but i fell asleep then there was the pulling sensation,theni was in the water,in the sea,then i felt i was actually in the water,i was swimming and a net came over me and i froze,i tried to swim away but i couldnt,and i try to wake up but i couldnt i was like numb for a while then i managed to wake up.

it felt really weird..idk it wasnt scary its kinda hard to describe...

From what I've read, if you just think of your body you usually return instantly to it.

I used to have something similar... to cut a very long story short, I'd wake up and be unable to move, but I'd be 'waking' into different dimensions and it took me a hell of an effort to get back to this reality. It's got a name, sleep catalepsy or something, which basically means you're paralysed in sleep mode, but for me it was deeper than that. Simply, it's not being able to get back in synch with your body, if it happens again try to relax and if you can think rationally then you could try talking or visualising yourself back. Maybe you could set an alarm if you'll be astral travelling purposely. Panic will always bring you back but it makes you a bit wary of it happening again, so try not to worry unduly about it, it's a matter of seconds this goes on
