I want very badly to fully let go, then go deeper and let go again and feel that huge sigh of relief I have not FULLY felt since the beginning of this, but I know it is coming again permanently, the full change so to speak, integration of spiritual skills. I want to be at peace with myself, at peace with the world I want to love ALL the time even in times of pain or whatever storm heads my way. I want to just be, and let it be. I am so tired, but my ego fights so hard. He(I) have been fighting my entire life anyway, so this is his(i) natural game this is what he does. I try to get my ego in on the journey, but he always ends up struggling again and causing resistance. He fills me with fear, makes me paranoid that the awakening is schizophrenia and tries so hard to divert me away from myself. Slowly I know I am becoming more aware of him and his little games to distract. But how can I make this less exhausting? How can I ease my self doubt with the spirituality or mental illness thing, and self doubt in general? I have changed too much and seen too much for this to be an illness. He is hurting, and I think maybe ego thinks he has been backstabbed once AGAIN and my ego reacts with tremendous rage, and uses me against me. Those who know what I am talking about.. know what I am talking about. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks guy's and gals much love.
