A month ago, I issued a Random Act of Kindness Challenge. This challenge is for all people, across all walks of life, in every nation. The challenge is simple, spread kindness by doing random acts of kindness wherever and whenever the opportunity arises. I also created a card, I call it a kindness card. The concept is simple, you do a random act and hand the card off. Hopefully it will inspire and encourage the next holder to also do a good deed and pay it forward.

Please feel free to go and like my page, it is small now but growing. My motto is to be the change you want to see in the world. I think we could all use a little more kindness. To make a VERY long story VERY short. We own a couple of companies. I'm in charge of one and my brother the other. He's been mismanaging his quite severely due to his spending habit. He likes things flashy and he likes his ego stroked. This had led to ALL our companies being in trouble as mine is surety for his. So if he goes under I will lose everything I've worked very hard for.

My dad is still in charge but he allows my brother to do whatever he pleases. Tomorrow is D-day, I'm stepping up to the plate and putting a stop to this BS. However as I've grown older I've become a big old softie, hate arguing and confronting people. Tomorrow though I need to be very calm and professional in order to keep our family from losing everything we've worked for.

So if you can all send some good old fashioned indigo warrior energy I'll be very grateful!!! Going to need all the help I can get to keep my company from ruin.

How much do you know about the community in which you live? Do you attend town hall meetings? Are the businesses in your community locally owned? If you ran into financial, health or family problems - would your neighbours know or care to help you - would you help them, or even know enough about them to discover there are issues?

What if you became involved - became a voice for your community? what if you discovered that with all the local talent and diversity that lives with you, you would not need national departement chains? What if every dollar you spent went back to your community?
