The author of the book channels words and teachings from a higher entity she calls Orin. It is an amazing read, for people who are looking to be inspired, want tips on how to live with more joy in their lives, and people who want a more spiritual perspective on life itself. This is not a religious book. I absolutely abhor anything that centers around religion, and will never suggest anything that I find to be biased and and has even a hint of religion in it. This book is unimposing, and focuses on empowering the reader with the universal message of love and light.

I've gained so much clarity in reading this book, and have a feeling I will refer to it again and again for many years to come.
