My whole life I,ve been a pathetic skinny little wimp. People, even women kick sand in my face at the beach...That was all before I discovered this ancient physical fitness program called the Aquarian work out and 3rd world calistenics (sp?).The beauty of this program is its free, infact if you have any money at all, you probably wont be doing the Aquarian. work out.The fitness plan is centered around hauling water and youll see results in just a few weeks. the beaty of this method is that you get to stay lazy while buking up. Why its only 7:t? am and Im about to crack a beer, then at some point I'll get "motivated" to do the workout. Why? because I have to, and that brings us to the question...whats the work out?The Aquarian WO is centered around the act of hauling water. 5gal buckets 1 for each arm and besides a water tank that you can dip into and a 2gallon watering can, thats all you need for the complete workout system.at first you will dip your bucket and need two hands to pull the bucket over your head and out of the tank, you may even only partially fill the buckets because you are a patheticly week, whitebred gentrified worldling. For the 1st few weeks you'll wonder, "W-T-F am I doing this for???" Then one day youll look in the mirror and after noting to yourself how incredably filfthy you are, you'll exclaim-"holy shit bra!! I'm ripped!"You will find, that not only does hauling water build charecter, but it bulks you up from the inside out, starting with your inner core muscles and in no time at all, out to the bukier surface muscles.Pretty soon, youll be dipping your bucket to the top and lifting it with one hand over your head out of the tank, one bucket right hand, one bucket left hand and carry them both to the garden. You,ll do this daily and several times a day, youll cary buckets for watering, buckets for dishes and buckets for washing...You will carry buckets for everything and get buff doing it.So that is half the workout, the other half is 3rd world calystenics, aka water yoga or the tai chi of watering.After hauling buckets you fill up your watering can. Holding the can in the left hand, elbow bent you slowly begin to water the garden, extending your arm outward making sure the plant gets thouroughly watered, you straighten your arm, keeping your wrist firm to ensure even distribution of water, you bring your fully extended arm to your front center and pass over to you right hand, repeatin the steps in reverse. Once the can is empty, fill it and repeat the steps but this time start with your right and move tio your left.Repeat these steps daily and you will live healthily into the comming age.
