Yes It is tough at first when you begin to try and integrate this, you'll run into situations where you'll fall back a few times, but they're just learning experiences and when you find your way back through them, and understand them, you'll no longer be victim of them. It gets easier. Is there a specific situation you're having trouble with? Sometimes talking it out is helpful, I know I've questioned my friends here at IS a few times and it's helped me to realize my unconscious setback, cheered me up and gave me my energy back, and be able to move on freed of whatever the problem was having learned my lesson. Ideally you'd want to be able to do this yourself, but we all need help sometimes. This is consciously suffering, and once one does so, they're freed from repeating the same mistakes.
