I finished watching all of these lectures by Li Hongzhi, the Qi gong master who founded Falun Dafa. It became very apparent to me that what was being explained in these lectures supported that of Indigo, Crystal and Starseed phenomenon.

Through these lectures the following is explained in great detail: the laws of the universes, virtue through positive mind intent, the metaphysics of karma, our multi-dimensional levels of existence, history of human origins, the colours of each stage on the way to ascension, opening the third/celestial eye, attaching entities, paranormal and supernatural abilities and much, much more.

*Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forebearance* This is the motto of this movement who practice simple yet extremely effective movements to heal the body and raise cultivation of virtue to ascend with positive mind intent.

There are 4 standing and 1 sitting exercises that practitioners use to open their body's energy centers, gain energy, increase wisdom, strengthen supernatural powers, cleanse the body, circulate energy and strengthen divine powers.

brilliant info here people - check them out when you have some free time. I couldn't stop watching them. Almost like it's core information was a requisite for my further growth.

I felt the same connection, I found some definite explanations through this material. Glad to spread info that might provide answers for those wondering what they can do to improve themselves.
