Anyone here who is living in a country that makes you feel that the only indigo is you?


Well,I'm currently living in Singapore and other than one lightworker friend, no one understands anything about auras,dimensions,ascension,or indigos.I tried to tell them, and they only got interested in finding out their aura colours.The End.

What's more irritating,there's a classmate who can see spirits, and I happily tell her about ascension, and she's like,"Are you crazy?"I was so depressed.

Although I've never been to other parts of the world,except China,Malaysia and Hong Kong, I heard that almost 80% of the population in the European countries are indigos.

That makes me wonder--how come there are almost no indigo here in the eastern countries and countless indigos in the western countries? Just by looking at indigosociety's forum,you'll know that most of the indigos here are westerns.Or at least not from China...etc.(I hope u know wad I mean)

Sometimes,it really gets lonely being alone as an indigo.My world was only filled with textbooks, results, and feeling inferior as others are all better than me academically.That's when I realised that I never liked to study,as all that they ever taught us was the things that we need to stand in this world,to get a job, to earn MONEY. But somehow,I managed to realise that I'm an indigo.

I always hoped to know how other Indigos cope with their life being an indigo, I simply have too much homework to allow me to know more about indigos. So,how did everyone 'become' indigos?How did the things in life help you or obstruct you from being an indigo?

ok well first i live in france and well if i consider in ppl in my age i really don't know much that could fit all the point, as at least being aware of mental possibilites and as well as taking care around and thinking with peace in mind , well really i moved into lots of place including special shcool and i can tell you its far from 80% lol maybe 8% lol and really in ppl older or in my age (i'm 26) i can't really find lots of ppl really like this and lots of ppl will eventually think i'm crazy or at least odd =) and i'm kinda new to the indigo thing also and i really never looked into any spiritual things or belief before, and i tried a bit since to speak of it around me, well most ppl will either don't care or either think its a kind of sect. and i really feel a bit lonely in that way too since i'm a child =)

to know how i did become one well its sometime i asked to me to know why i think how i think and why did it make so much difference with other ppl around, and really i don't know because as far as my memory goes, since my very childness i always acted different and been considered a bit odd by lots of ppl and i really don't know what can explain this =) i think its the case for lots of ppl at different degree, i think when it come over a certain degree it can come really anoying or really lead to mental trouble =) well how i cope with my life well really 'as i can' lol when it come to money well its strange because i'm really close to money world, running a company for years and really i learnt lots of thing on how the buisness world work and i deal with high school student often without looking really stupid but i never adapted in school well i realised pretty quickly that i would have to find another way in life than the school one, i think i somewhat managed to keep in school until i found something else to do =) and i always was spending time on the computer either with books or internet or sample program i could gather there or there and got my learning started like, but i really followed a parrallel learning path for computering and now i can really handle a full time programmer job, even if life did in sort that i ended i a little company in which i have share now but well all the ppl in that company are really strange and could match some of the indigo criteria if not all =) what obstruct me well really what thing are interesting in life where the hacker communites, and well lots of french one had justice trouble and finished to break, then the demoscene things, which have deep past in the game - cracking world and well lots of them got busted by laws too and then the free parties where its always cool creative ppl acting really on their own will, artists in various domain and putting their vibe out, got also arrested and had serious trouble with the police and court , and well now i still can handle the life but well i really feel that my heart is in something else =) and i think really that law gov and cops really are the big walls in front of me with stupid social rules and manipulation of masses done to large scale =) which helped me well i think that the computering underground, the drugs, maybe some work that have been done in 'gifted' programs, just like seeing some of my traits that already wondered about, as well as this feelign to be inferior or something, and well just discovering that i was the oposite like its 'gifted' program not 'nut' programs may have helped a bit in not feeling totally depressed or raged =) but well these schooling program are still under the mission of making you having your diploma , even using different method of learning etc its still the same shit more or less and well even if it help socially to be with other ppl more like you, for the learning and diploma thing its not very different from regular schools =) maybe the rules are less rigid and allow more thing toward you without getting fired or things like that, the administration is bit more comphrensive which might help not feeling totally like an alien to be killed =)

Perhaps you are where you are to be a spiritual scout. You may be the first to set foot on soil that has to be prepared for the coming wave of new indigos to that location. I don't know much, but I do know that a single light shines very brightly in the dark. Focus less on the loneliness and more on the fun of discovery. Best of luck.

you said abt having difficulties in school, actually I have too.Lots.I took 3 years just to be on 'OK' terms wtih 1/4 of my class.Usually, I would be hated for my weirdness by almost everyone.I dunno if this's weird, but I love stuff such as hacking tooXD they just make me feel sooooo powerful.Muahahahaha.

Schools here in Singapore have 'gifted class' and 'nut class' too.Talk about the high and almighty ones in society.I'm actually looking down on the people in the gifted class.It's certainly ok if they are really wonderful,but most of them are just chained to their results.

well i'm out of school now i'm finished with this shit for some years now and for me the actuall 'school' part of my yougness is only a big waste of time and pain that i'm definatly out with, and i tried different kind of learning to get a so called diploma, including different computering school, well after i kicked out of 'general' schooling, i tried another school of computering that you can enter for cheap, like remote learning that can lead to a diploma but was still more depressing because there i was really WAY more advanced that all the other guy in the class, and really starting back programming with the very basics of what i mastered 5 years ago , nothing never seemed me like a more waste of time lol at the third week like after 3 or 4 presential course i decided i was going to some 3 or 4 year latter teaching as there was at the next door, and i put myself discrelty in a corner of the room, you know just to see lol like the course everybody sleeping that seemed like considered as the most boring course on earth and i was the only one that really looked interested in what the teacher saying and it was the last time i put a foot into a school lol. =)

well before that, i saw a school in a enterprise-student meeting is done when you go into some point in your general studies and i looked some school that looked cool, and i remember my math teacher saying 'wow you are in the hight school part, you lost yourself ?' what a dumb ass lol i tougth i killed here lol and then yes i talked to the guy that were inside of these school they were actually programming/network admin school , but well like school with a good reputation where you get high salaries when you come out, really serious school , and i speaked a bit with those guys and they told me to come to the open doors they make in such school , because well we briefly spoke and he told like 'what mateer do you have problem with in school' i was like 'well its more school that is a general problem to me' lol and then i went to the open door event, and really been incited to push my folder for the admission event, and then i was accepted to the admission event, you know its like a school that lots of good student were scared not to be taken in, like you need to be very smart etc lol and well i was really called always first, and i masterised all the oral things, the 3 year student that make you go for the last exam where asking me stuff at the end of the meeting lol and then the head got down and we spoke briefly, i told him that my school process was a bit fucked, he told me like 'yeah you know sometime ppl have high result in school and are real dick' and was yes sure and he put admitted on my folder just in front of me, even before the last test on the computer. but well finally its like you need first to have the general diploma below to get into this school, which i didn't managed to get =) but i was admited in the school and really i was really like wtf, usually i was more considered as you know not really a good student and somebody who would have high diploma and this really stroke me, but well in the same time i started to work in different companies and well i didn't go back to school since =)

i doubt it's that high for europe or any other large geographic area
your in Singapore which is one of the strictest places on the planet. Most people aren't going to try to make waves. It's like many christians in china, they're going to keep their mouths shut. as for western countries, it's a little more opened so you get what appears to a lot more. remember also that many indigos get influenced by eastern thought like taoism, zen etc

many topics on the forum here regarding this. 2 simple things that have helped me: 1) you may never really fit in so don't try too hard. just do what you have to do unless you're really selling out 2) you probably have a better intuition than the average so use it

A spitirual scout is a person who enters a territory alone to survey the land. It is as if you are the advance gaurd for an approaching army of spiritual warriors. You represent the coming change. You help those who follow to find thier way. It is a lonely task. Spiritual scouts often confront the old systems of belief. They stand firm on real truth and weed out false teachings. Basically you make the way easier for the ones that will follow in your footsteps. Make sense?

At least my ex boss created a position for me. They used me anywhere and everywhere in the school. I would cook one day, work on databases and spreadsheets the next and sub for a teacher the following day...

The fun days were the ones where I was sub-ing for 5 or 6 different people in one day....

Sometimes they do create rules just for you.... not too often, but it does happen.

yeah it does happen but it also happens in the opposite direction: special rules to keep you down and force you out. i know this happens as it's a pretty common occurrence for me

This reminds me,my lightworker friend said that she had a feeling on what's gonna happen during ascension.She said that all of us are gonna 'die' as in leave our bodies and move on to the 5th dimension.The 5th dimension is a place full of light or something like that.I can't remember exactly what she told me about the 5th, maybe coz I'm more interested in the 6th dimension,a place,to me, looks like an underground water tunnel with shadows and darkness.That place feels familiar to me,somehow.(warm and nice)

I'm sorry if this might offend you, but I never believed in gods, any gods. Like they don't make sense to me,not even now. Now that I think about it, I was particularly drawn to the taoist 'yin yang circle'.(At least it made sense to me)But I was only like...not even 10 years old.The trait of being an Indigo, maybe?

i'm not offended at all. i really can't stand any religion myself. taoism was an eye opener for me and i never approached it as a religion so i thought it was ok. i really like the book from Chung-tzu and the tao te ching was ok too. i also like the yin yang thing and the some of health practices they developed because it involved cultivating your own life which is in invaluable

Hmmm...I feel isolated in my own way where I live. But I'm pretty sure my friend is an Indigo. Also my sister's boyfriend's school counsler thought he [sister's bf] was an Indigo and then he [bf] tought my sister was an Indigo... my sister's boyfriend seems more like an Indigo than her, but it's possible. I think I've developed my abilities, or I guess am more aware of them than the other 3...my friend and I are so closely alike though, so she's probably at the same level I am.

I am very blessed to live on the island of Maui which has a lot of indigo-type individuals that are drawn to it. I have 3 good friends that I share high frequencies with and I see more people every day that recognize my "pings."

i absolutely understand your situation, i live in germany but i've never met someone like we are... i actually don't know how i did 'become' an indigo, i only realized that i'm not like the others but i was lucky and i was possible to talk to my parents about it and they explained it to me...all my life since now it was very hard only to accept that i'm an indigo but in the few last months i changed school and i FINALLY found people, that were thinking like i am! and you know i made a big step forwards and i was thinking a lot about being an indigo and now i really like it! i have accepted what i am and stoped refusing to be it. well, you know since i found out, that being an indigo is great everything is easier! i hope you can get along with it and it would be my pleasure helping you, ok?

I dont know many indigos in australia, I know my eldest sister is definitely indigo (possible higher vibration), and a friend on mine (he denies it no matter what happens to him, he wont accept it), and myself.

I do notice some people seem to be different and I get some smiles from other people that I tend to resonate with (even though I have only just met them).

You might not be the only indigo in Singapore but there maybe more that just dont realise it or they do and as you say they cant accept it.

so, you're not alone.

yes i do realize that there are less indigos in the East than in the West. In my opinion, and frankly speaking, Westerns are used to be more open-minded, therefore they can find out more quickly what is going on in their life. they are more open to spiritual life as well since the countries are developed, while in east there are still many developing countries. so, what i mean is that people here are still strugling for physical survival, that's why not many of them are aware of the spiritual life. the one that are aware are being called: paranormals, religious, etc.

i think Eastern has indigos also but we are not familiar yet with the term: "indigo"

for others, i hope i didn't hurt your feelings with my words, i'm just writing my opinion without any intention to make a barrier between east-west.
we're here to wake the world up, and i think it doesn't really matter where we start from.
