This is something I wrote about a year ago...I thought I would post it here and see what came of it.

You may not realize you know Me. When I want to be known, I make Myself known. You all seem to yearn to know only one side of Me, turning cheeks when My other side is expressed, wishing to be made forgetful. But I was there all along, manifesting in all ways.
My name means Time, for in Time all things die and all things are reborn. I am insistent, but always patient, for in Me all things are eventual. Those who trust in Me know that life is eternal.
It has been said that to fully love Me, one must love My darkness as well as My light. Many of you do not seem to understand this concept. It evokes a fear within you built on condition. For, to know Me is to look into a mirror and see yourself in all form; to gaze upon death and appreciate its life force.
I am the Grand Paradox sought by mystics. Many shudder to look upon My likeness, for they do not see beyond their own shadows. They see My many arms outstretched, baring my weapons. They see My bloody tongue, lolling in threat. They see My garlands of skulls and arms, imagining them war trophies.




But they do not see My arms reaching to embrace them. They do not see My weapons defending them. They see my tongue representing to them My thirst for blood, forgetting that blood is life. They forget too that the skulls and arms are those of My beloved children and that in Me, all are reborn in love.
They look beneath Me and see Shiva, prostrate and dead to the naked eye. They say I trample Him. But look closer and see that He is in Bliss and that His love calms My fierce passion.
You think death cruel? You think it your bitter end? Step beyond the veil and see that without death, there is no birth. Without change, there is no growth.
You see Me enraged, trampling quakes upon the Earth, out of control and a mortal threat to all Humanity. Thus it is written. Thus it must be so. But to know Me is to know that I dance intensity and passion, for My love is the Destroyer that begets the ecstasy of Creation.
