As great as that sounds i don't think throwing flowers over a pile of garbage will make anything better. We can only work in this moment, consciously bringing it into equilibrium. What ways would help us to bring more light into our conversations? Maybe more awareness of the wonderful things many people say here, and less on the things that we don't agree on.

I really don't see the negativity. It could be that I'm part of it and so it seems normal to me or I'm completely oblivious to it. Either way, I wish you the best.
