thoughts memories of the past arise within, also followed by energy, that stems from the back of the neck, flowing centered to and from the front (between the brows). and a feeling on the throat. this is the illusion attempting to keep you inline with what it thinks reality is. a feeling from the heart arises as well. tjhe feeling of freedom from within brouht about,,through realizatoion, of freedom from within, not without. freedom of self being aware and not of illusion itself. this awareness is a part of evolution it is what evolves us into the freedom of being present within oneself. freedom from the illusion freedom from the outside world freedom of living inside out freedom of being presently aware within oneself of the processes taking place these processes are our evolution. this is the silent evolution. this is the expansion of being taking place within yus via the expansion of our pineal glands. the acceptance of oneself through unconditional love of self via the embracement of oneself through the freedom that comes from within this is the liberation of the soul which takes palce within and this is reflected outwardly. living inside out.

the reading of another being that is the glances, observation the informing to self of anothers energy. where they are, and so on. their energy itself, through the right brain. the right brain is currently being fused with the left brain bringing wholeness of being within. (via the pineal ,pituatary and crown)
full consciousness. this is not the mind, itis the brain. the scholarsof past referred to the brain as themind through lack of vocabulary. through evolution, we have gained a broader understanding of words and their adherent meaning.

there is no right or wrong. there is however, ethics. which is in short, living and being truth always. buddhists call it, right action, right conduct, right speech. in short, being the truth in action, in conduct and in speech. always.
being those 3 expressed is what is known as living in the highest truth of you.this is also the highest truth of the all as well.
this is ethics.

each of us goes through cycles. alpha(beginning) and omega(ending).
the cycles are not only personal but cosmic as well.
the all goes through it. ALL
daily,weekly,monthly,yearly,eonly.eternally.
this is known as ascension.
these cycles take place whether you are conscious or not.

the changes that are taking place on our planet, take place within us first.
known as living inside out. these changes are reflected back to us via the self aware quantum holographic matrix of conscious atoms.
NOTE: no atom in creation is a thing, get used to it, update your speech and perception itll make your evolution much easier.

the atoms that makeup yourbody hologram are not things. you dont refer to yourself as a thing do you? one would hope not, yet one knows that some people still do refer to atoms as things. so if you are not a thing and neither is creation, why call any part of creation "thing(s)"
atoms are conscious energy. and all that atoms on the planet are going into the highest vibrational light in existence. period.
the atoms that makeup creation, are conscious of you. and your consciousness as well, simultaneously, multidimensionally.

the tree of life, the kabbalah, all point to the oneness that is creation. alchemy is conscious creation, via the wisdom and understanding of how to manifest the unmanifest in utter perfection. the unmanifest is the space of unmanifested experience. the manifest or the physical realm is the space where the unmanifest is made manifest through us. conscious or unconscious. for the all to experience. that which is unmanifest inevitably will become manifest. with y0u conscious or unconscious.

Religion is astrotheological metaphors. which is done to confuse you from the actual truth of reality. this was done to keep humanity dumbed down. the dumbing down of humanity, was done to perpetuate a grand delusion wherein humanity was enslaved and kept from evolving into who each being truly is. this was done by the scholars, the painters, through spoken word, the projection of the illusion of one being in control of another being. this is done through belief, and is known as brainwashing. it was also done through media and newspapers...

the media, consists of television, newspapers, advertisements, books, movies. this is known as the spiritual war between dark and the light. and in short the dark equals density wherein light is lighter, or atoms made of a higher vibrating consciousness. the lower vibrating beings /realities consist of tricksters and malevolent beings. where in the higher vibrating realities and beings are benevolent and serve the highest good of all. and again both of these beings are conscious consciousness. both physical and non physical. thus the spiritual "war". it is an attempt to keep evolving beings from reaching their truest potential, which is done through fear and the other outlets listed above, but not just those, others may have had this experience where through their lack of wisdom they invite a trickster into their fields..can be called poltergeists ...hence, malevolent. their intent is to bring you down and to wreak havoc in your life. and the higher vibrating beings, ie the faeries, gnomes, elves, leprechauns and so on.

all lower vibrating atoms are being spun off the planet through a black hole, and are being transformed into the highest potential. all higher vibrating atoms are here to stay. period. so thus the two choices humanity has been given, and this is been dished out via heavens decree. being that each being is responsible for where they go, yes, each of you are responsible for where you end up in life, no one else is. but you, the moment for you to start taking responsibility for where you end up is now. this is why it is inherent that you know yourself. so you are able to know where you are, and through that you are then able to make conscioius decisions as to where you are personally headed next. this brings us to the next part of information.
the choice via free will between fear or love.
fear = illusion.mind,ego,density,blackhole,another planet.

love = self acceptance, reality = kindgom of heaven aka, fifth dimensional reality and higher. simple, choose wisely.
fear = pain,suffering, via feelings of bondage. lower vibrating reality experiences consist of the victim or villian.
higher vibrating reality experiences consist of peace,harmony,serenity, which occures when one is consistently present within themself. there is no other way if you want to stay on this planet.

living inside out. we are. everyone who is conscious can see truth from fiction, everyone who is conscious can see those who are not. can also see those who are "on the fence" within themself. being on the fence simply refers to being between both density and light, directly in the center of the two, and in doing so, one goes through an unpleasant experience of being.
those who can see reality and choose the illusion, that choice stems from living in illusion. which stems from itself , which comes from itself and not wanting to be present within ones experience of truth. love is the only reality, all else is illusion.

all is also of one polarity, neither negative or positive. one experiencing negative or positive realities is not present within themself, the yare in illusion, intellectuals, you know who you are. the analyzing and interpreting of reality is a reality of life being lived in illusion. a fantasy. in truth, whether you admit it or not, there is no need to analyze and interpret any part of reality, ever. period. anyone who thinks so is an intellectual. period. end of discussion. the analyzing and interpreting of reality is done by the mind.ego., is done by the illusion and it stems from the wanting, the feeling of needing to hold onto , the feeling of needing to grasp the experience itself. wherein one who is conscious, need not hold onto , or grasp, they simply are, and are present within the experience they are going through as they are present within themself. those who are intellectuals can also be seen trying to control situations that are unfolding before them. trying to sway one another. you know who you are.

fear of living inside out, stems from again illusion/fear, and the being within see's this and knows the difference between fact and fiction. but due to free will and lack of knowledge, is a determining factor in whether a being chooses reality or fantasy.

the barrier between the inner and outer worlds, are dissolving, the experience of this can be called and is known as, letting go of survival consciousness. thats what the whole month of october has been all about, wherein the previous month was the integration and assimilation of the higher will of each being. by 2009, if one isnt already, all will be enlightened due to the energetic processes the planet and her inhabitatants are going through.

one may be observing an energetic flow that comes through them, and changes the world around them. these changes are known as the fall.
the fall is a pointer in reference to the falling away of the old paradigm, and the entering ,living,existing and being present within, the new paradigm. where love is the only law., the only law thats ever been, ever. period.
the fall is known as the separation of the wheat from the chaff, the letting go of the shore and the effortless existence within the flow of the river of life with ones eyes wide open .

the fear of what transpires outside of you stems from the illusion that you are not free from that which transpires outside of you. to be free from the changes that take place around you, you must be free from within first. meaning that you are experiencing living inside out, but you are free to express the feelings that are within you, outwardly. free to express ones inner divinity. the belief in not being free to express ones feelings stems from the egominds belief systems, emotional holding patterns, and the beliefs therein. it comes from disinformation of one to another. that one is not free that one is not one with spirit. that one is not pure, that one must cleanse themself of impurities. religions are the places where one will find see and even experience indoctrinations of that which wherein, a being is not pure , is not spirit, and most of all, is not a being of pure spirit. and is always one with god. that one must appease others in order to service god. that is what we know as dogmatic my brothers and sisters.
that which is unfolding before us, is for the highest good of all . only when one embraces one self unconditionally will one see reality for what it is. only then will one remain free and out of illusion.

thus, loving oneself unconditionally is the bottom line in evolution. this means not taking yourself or others personally. in doing so you affirm through your being , tha tyou are free in all ways. tha tyou are always one will spirit. and that you are in complete truth and faith that you are being guided home, effortlessly, no matter what.

through unconditional love of self one is able to know oneself. thus why loving oneself is the bottom line in evolution. it is the key to ones own salvation. by doing so one realizes that they are uniquely, all that is.
unconditional love of self = trust, faith, union and realization of all this.

all is always in divine and perfect order. always.
consciously or unconsciously.

Breathe, and allow truth to be Self-evident.

by loving oneself unconditionally, you are being a leader.
you are showing others , by being a living example and a living transmitter of pure unconditional love which is exactly equal to truth.
