Basically just try remember to have the people in your prayer or whatever you do such as meditation.
If you are evil at least you could wish for thier quick finish.

I believe these are the types of things sites of spirituality are supposed to do. It doesnt matter what you believe in you could be the most spiritually powerful person and not know it until you help n matters like this. Because of the situation you might learn something new about yourself or what you can do.
