Monkey on your Back

I thought of this thread and wondered why i havent started it before.

I've recently found something that I refer to as "monkey on the back" they are little gargoyle dragon looking creatures and often we feel them as pain in our shoulders. Like someone is digging claws into your shoulder. I believe the phrase "monkey on the back" and "weight of the world on your shoulders" comes from these creatures.

I saw them when i was looking at my friend in my mind. They can be big or small... they usually have people feeding into them (negative people around you) and addictions to smoking, drugs, alcohol, pornography etc.

I'm wondering if any one else has found these creatures. I went to a psychic and she mentioned them when i asked her a question about my friend who had a really bad one attached to her. we found out it wasn't a monkey/gargoyle but actually a demon... it was awful but anyways...

I'm wondering if any one else has seen or felt these creatures. You can get rid of them by trapping them in a cage (in your mind) and dropping them off usually go somewhere you dont normally go and then obliterate them by dropping them off and surrounding them in bright white light. The odd thing is that many people hang onto their monkey's because they can't let an addiction or person go from their life. Also someone can have monkey's come again, so when you feel that pain in the shoulder drop it off again. LET IT GO.

The addiction you speak of is and addiction of the mind, a recessive gene in the pleasure center of the brain responsible for making decisions or stopping certain activities which are enjoyable to a person, some people are good at shutting down these pleasure centers in the mind, others are not, and they are the ones with addictive personalities and addiction problems...its not a demon or a monkey, although once you get into that crazy world of addiction and get involved in certain circles with people, one can easily think that it very well could be a demonic force holding the leash of a person to their vice,but it isnt the case, its all in themind, its about stepping outside and getting a sense of clarity about the situation so that maybe the person with the problem can get another look at the vice and its stronghold on them and act accordingly

See I agree with you, but I have seen them! It isn't JUST addictions... addictions seem to attract demons to attach too people so they can feed off of the negativity.

These monkeys are more gargoyles and they cause physical pain, I can see them when i look at people when doing a reading. Not everyone has one and the few I've found can be different sizes, but MOST of the time they are fed by People.

and Hearsekid you are welcome... I will always answer people's questions about mormonism... because ONE SIDED is not the way to go. I am not anti-mormon I'm pro-truth as i've said before... It's interesting that quietknight goes away when things get too complicated too explain away by doctrine.

Yeah I feel ya on the Mormon thing, he did sort of step down when confronted about the truth of the matter, just as im sure my sister would do in the face of it, im not saying he's a bad person cuz he chooses that faith, but I do think he is weak willed, if you truly have the heart of god and the mindset of god or the holy redeemer, than you dont need a script or a sect or a religion to follow thru with the actions of the almighty, if you are of pure mind, strong willed, and of determination, we can all live the path of the holy, of god, without the scripts of imagry, or the ritualistic natures of mans bullshit. At least thats how I feel...
So now, explain more about these things you see on peoples shoulders when you read them, im intersted somewhat, I do know what its like to come from a addictive personality and from a family with addictions..

Well with the first one i saw was a little one. It has a flat nose almost like a bat face with a scaly body and gargoyle wings like a dragon, with a long tail and has sharp pointy teeth and long black claws. Sometimes they are dark blue or black... sometimes black and green... One was about 6 feet long and it couldnt sit on her shoulder... it was just standing then when i looked at it it went down like it was being submissive like it didnt want me to see it... but there were three chords to people that were feeding it.
That's the only way i can describe it... nothing black around it an orange/reddish light with three people standing behind it... my friend is in the front. It isn't demonic...

I found something that i originally thought was a man, then a monkey... but it was a demon. This friend has problems with drugs and used to be an addict, all her friends do drugs and it's just sitting their biding its time to get her again. That was awful to come face to face with a demon. This time everything was in black and white, grey's, shadows... scary shit.

I agree with you on your views of religion, I spent a couple hours with my friend whos true blue mormon (tbm) and he is so blind... i shared a couple points i had with him and he shut up...

Hi Raz, Yes, I have seen them. I have cast them out too as a faith healer. One was influencing a woman who got involved with some negative witchcraft and drug use. She was having trouble concentrating and kept hearing an evil voice in her ear.

I saw it and we prayed for her in a group. It flew off of her, bounced of a guy knocking him back and ran past me, shoving me aside as it went back to hell.

Thank you! It isn't in itself Demonic... it is from the lower levels... It in and of itself is not a demon it is a different creature all together but of the demon realm.

Sounds like that one you Saw was an elemental. Just a collection of negative energies feeding off the negative vibes. You can dissipate those with a good cleansing ceremony and use of sage burning.

I have seen a demon. Like I mentioned before, I got close too it and it turned into a demonic face much like from the exorcism of emily rose, it was hiding in a corner all black and white and grey/shadows... then he looked over and it's faced morphed... i went closer and it started too attack me and i just backed off. When i came out of my meditation for the reading i looked behind me (i was outside) and there was a church in my mind the cross was on fire... scared the snot out of me.
I went to a psychic and we tried to get rid of it once again it turned and attacked me and tried to possess me. Then my grandpa and aunt died a week later, then my friend who was there for the initial reading her dad died a couple days later, then the friend who the demon is attached too her grandma died all within a week and a half. The psychic was hospitalized with pneumonia... it was awful... I've changed ive become very snippy and pushing people i love away... ya it was bad.

Ahh yes I know of these energies, ok, some have said I have demons rolling with me, Im only guessing cuz of past friends who have passed. Interesting discussion tho

I'm so sorry you lost so many of your loved ones. It makes sense to me that you would want to withdraw and just grieve for a time. The need to be alone when you are sad is totally natural,

Wow! Today i'm doing just that~ I dont think that i've mentioned it... but yesterday afternoon and today are me time... it was effecting my relationship with my bf and he sat me down and said you need to fall in love with you again. That meant everything to me.

I'm trying to regain my strength from being drained and everything is just piling up... but yes... slowing down... reconnecting with myself... allowing myself to say goodbye to my grandpa today... wow.
