i believe with all the factors that influence our energy- things we have control of as well as things we have no control of, it's really what we make it.
i've begun to realize that it is of great importance to me to maintain an intense level of positive energy. i need this to be happy. i feel that my level of happiness and well being are things that require effort. the more important it is to you be happy, the more you should do to make it so.
for me, it means constant attention to the factors that affect me. alleviating negative and incorporating positive. things like, meditation, being grateful for ALL i am blessed with, minding who i keep company with, learning from my mistakes &admitting when i'm wrong (helps me stay humble and proud of myself) laughing at myself, appreciate the little things, letting go of and avoiding things - well you get the picture.
