Not Assult, Not a Hate Crime, Just Vandalism...

Today I found out that my RM who lives 3 doors down from me had his door 'vandalized'

When he woke up this morning FAGOT was written all across his door and on the top corner I hope you fucking die, and I will fucking kill you was written.

Here in Idaho this is not a hate crime, it's not even an assult
it only qualifies as vandalism

He put up a big piece of paper that said yes I know I'm a Fagot and you apperantly want to kill me for it
would you like to add anything else?

He is being so brave about it. I am so glad he is standing up to those sub humans. Funny thing is he's out and they are the ones hiding...

I wanted to put up a sign too that said if you have a problem with him you got a problem with me.
I thought about writing Dike across my own door and adding a list just like his. They piss me off so much!
But of course I shouldn't do anything because they don't want me to be a target. I'm not scared of them, they can bash me for my idea of love but they can't touch my soul. I'd rather be true to myself than lie to escape some physical pain.

I know it is not their faults. They are just acting on outdated values that have been in grained into society.

I forgive them for their errors it is not their fault they have been brain washed. But I will not cower nor will I back down. People have a right to be who they are and express love or their idea of it however they want.

Participating in an organization that promotes a safe environment would help you fight back without endangering yourself. Also if you are in student housing then the behavior probably violates university policy and the offenders may be sanctioned or put on university probation.

Actually we bought him Ice cream and watched a movie and just talked about it

but a lot of people did write lovely things on his door which made me happy

Also yes I know about GSA I'm in it. I'm actually a rep for the other local school.

In Idaho the only thing that this registered as is an act of vandalism it wasn't even counted as assult
if they find out who did it they'll just be sanctioned for the damages to the door but they probably won't even try to find who it was
homophobia is really bad here and they don't really try to stop it

Thank you this learned me a very good lesson about some idiocies I've done myself and still got problems with. I tend to start vandalizing society on multiple levels when I get too enraged by the systems and other things that it feels that 'there is no explanation for' and that there is 'no way to change'. As a kid in high school I took the full trashcan for an extended duration of weeks after a specific 'class' and kick it with all my strength over the whole corridor, that's how pissed off I was about the teachings and the waste of time that was felt and the lack of knowledge about teaching from the teacher, I'm not sure how it sounds to your ears but it felt perfectly fine for me to do that and still feels like I haven't come that far from that kind of behavior...

Any ideas about how I could make things go better or evolve to more appropriate stages and get more teaching out of it? I get very enraged whenever I feel somekind of odd societal energy take place or start controlling my emotions or mind and then it tends to burst out in the old way, which is really why I thought that I wouldn't go to university at all but rather study on myself, which is much more harder and might not give everything, but then I won't get that feeling.

Quite odd...
