Give them yourself... it's enough.
Seriously... what do you think they expect out of you?
Although I am not a social noob, I still have some problem when it comes to social. The world around me lives in the base of communication with mouth and body, but not so much in the real heart of ourselves. Without this, it's like getting a limb out and not being able to walk. It's like one of the worst fear, perhaps, not only to me, but to other people as well.
It is true that learning is from experience. The problem with that technique is we in fact already *have* the experience no matter how much we may want to avoid it. Experience, in my opinion, is the slowest way to learn socializing. If experience alone is everything, why are there so many people that go and read books about social stuff?
It's not that I care about loneliness. I care only one thing, is my survival in the society. The give-and-take mechanics that exist in school, group meetings and working place in my very near future. I am the actor and the clown. I do get exhaused, and I am not them
What can a person like me can give to those people? I am not aiming to please everybody but at least a variety that is large enough.
What do people really want?
What should I read and write about? If there are good articles
How much practice and how do most people do it?

eh.. I mean. The interaction between people, since I talked to myself too much already.

I like intelligent coversation
Option 2.
I am rewriting past conversations.
Option 3.
It helps me think and get answers, you should try it, it honestly does help.
I normally say one of those 3 things to people when I talk to myself and answer back.
Or...
You look them straight in the eyes and ask them...
"You don't ever talk to yourself?"
...

If you have and insecurities of such things, such as shy, and you want to address that, There is one place that you can go, be welcomed and learn a great bit about yourself and communication. It called Toast Masters, and they have meetings almost everywhere, and pretty much anyone is welcomed, then again I haven't been to one in 20 years, but I still hear they are around.

there it is really personal, and i think it is closely linked to their 'color', red ppl will want figth and competition, yellow will want fun , blue/indigos will want knowledge etc , really there is nothing absolute in that
well i had learn a lot on this, even if it is not very deep, througth hacker litterature, around social engeniring etc and various things, well i know there is several level in that and i didn't went througth so much litterature on the subject
