I know Indigo Dog. My life is sad. Noone would be living like I do. I try my best but noone listens or helps me. I know you have help yourself. But my life has been cursed. No need to say anything postive. I'm used to it.![]()

Can I help?
I believe you. When I was really down it used to piss me off when people would come up to me and say "SMILE!" How rude. I had a curse I finally broke when I found a ritual.
One of my master teachers gave me a book on making changes and creating wealth. At first I read it half heartedly because I had seen it all before. Then I got to the chapter about breaking curses and it jumped out at me!
Find a quiet place to sit in peace. Think about what the curse says in your life. for example " I will never have enough money or I don't deserve to be loved." Whatever it is write it on a tiny slip of paper.
Hold the curse in your hand and pray " I release myself from this curse and unbind it. I am free." The burn it in a fire safe dish or over the toilet so you don't set your carpet on fire. Then flush the ashes.
Wash your hands and air out the room.
After I did it I felt taller, lighter and kind of invincible. The trouble has never returned and my personality is more open.

Alright. Indigo Dog thank you.![]()
Seriously??
For perspective: imagine trading places with someone who lives without enough food
Here's what helps. Morning of mindfulness.
Soon as you get up. Think of people in war zones who wake up to artillery.
Be glad you can brush your own teeth without help.
Be thankful for running water, for warm water, for a clean water source in the bathroom rather than cold shower or not at all.
Clean drinking water, food in the pantry, food in your stomach.
Refrigeration. Toilets. Heat and air.
The ability to make your food and to eat it.
Adequate clothing. Shoes.
And beyond that, music, the breeze in a temperate environment, the ability to go out in the world as you wish.
Your job or your life situation that keeps you housed, sheltered. And more than that, access to the internet. We have more than we need, more than most in the world.
I remind myself of these things too.
Perspective.
You can live with pain. Of any kind. Others do.
I think it better to just look forward to the things that you can do. You can even make a list if you want. Such as can you walk outside and smell the fresh air, and feel the warmth on your skin? Can you take a walk, and enjoy the wind? Can you make another smile with your own warm smile? Perception is the key to many doorways. A business man wishes the simple life of a farmer, and farmer can also wish the life of a business man...lol If you buy a white car, you will see white cars everywhere. People look for what they know. So look for the things that make you happy, and you will find them all around you.

here's a hint: get over it

at all comprehensible.""

Would you honestly feel better if you had sympathy (or pity)?
Guess who makes the curse.
When you have a victim mentality it doesn't matter what circumstances you are under, there is always something that to be found to despair about.
By what means and standards are you comparing your success in life?
Do you believe that you are the only one that suffers? It's not as bad as you think it is.
