Simple shielding meditation.
Find a quiet place to sit without being disturbed.
Imagine a bubble of white light around you. This is your spiritual shield, it is being constantly recharged and renewed. Allow it to receive energy from the Source where your feet touch the floor. This shield will filter out any emotions that are not divinely connected to you. You can raise or lower it at will to be more sensitive when you wish.
As a Mom you can extend this shield around your children too.
You may need to work on healing you energy field if you feel unusually drained and unable to perk up, even after a nights rest. Reiki will help, or have member from your church pray for you.
Do make time for yourself to recharge regularly. Hire a babysitter and go to the park or spa. Be in nature, or do nothing. Cultivating silence will help you get your energy back.
