ah i'm definitely experiencing these pains, as well!
i've just been pumping myself full of vitamins and healthy herbs and foods- i recommend eating lots of "superfoods". kundalini spine stretching/exercises have helped a lot with the pain throughout my body as well.
remember- the purer the vessel, the higher the vibration!
i've been making commitments to myself to quit smoking, eat healthier, and practice yoga and meditate daily- let's progress so we can experience the frequencies in full!![]()
