My sleep patterns are very erratic lately and i have been trying to correct them but am unable to get it right
is sleeplessness and even after sleeping for hours, still feeling tired for a few more ..and then repeat!
from experience i sleep like on a day off, anywhere from 3,6 to 12 hours a day.
and even then i still want some rest.
on a day where i work..i toss and turn sleep stylie for about say 6 or less hours. getting an actual solid 3/4 hours of sleep if that.

My consciousness doesn't really sleep anymore, I can close my eyes and drift into theta with REM but still be aware of what is happening on the body sense resident plane. I'm not sure which is the dream, lol. I wake unto a different physical world everyday, while the "dreamworld" seems to be more steady.

I pretty much consistantly get 5 hours of sleep. It just seems like I don't need as much lately.
My dreams have sort of crossed the border though. For instance, day dreams and meditative visions are really enhanced but my sleeping dreams are not as lucid as they used to be. Kind of cool but dissapointing at the same time.

yea i have been real sleepy and also even when not high i am eating more than usually. I barely have the needed amount to work out and it happened overnight it seems. Though I can feel new waves of energy I am just crashing and burning
I remember goiing through this. not sure but youw ill probably end up where I did, and not getting enough energy and get to sensitive. Just a possibilty though. But your mind and body can only rest on a high frequency for so long. i for one stay up there for long amounts of time. But sooner or later i have to come down and just gather my strength.
Wow I keep seeing more and more threads about weird things happening, and changes. I'm kind of excited to see how much further this all goes.
Oh, and yes I too have been having crazy sleep patterns.
Last week I went to sleep at 5-6 am two nights in a row. Saturday I went to sleep at 6:30, woke up like at noon. Last night went to sleep like at 1, woke up like at 10:20 late and exhausted, lol
