Guidance

I was reading about guidance today and I had some questions - hoping someone here more enlightened can clarify.

Though I don't have the ability to see or hear spirits around me, I can frequently feel the presence of energies. Prior to learning about any of this, I was under the impression that it may be energies of guardian angels or loved ones that had passed on coming to watch over me. The energies are always very positive, very loving, and though I can't verbally communicate with them, there is a sort of unspoken communication that goes on. I undersand their intentions by the feelings they generate or mannerisms and expressions that flash into my head.

Now that I've read a bit about Indigos and Guidance that helps bring them along the path, I wonder if that's what these spirits are.

Does anyone have any insight or experiences they can share to help clarify?

I have had negative feelings, and though I don't think they were malicious, it bothered me. I stated aloud that I was not happy by the presence and respectfully asked it to leave. It did. I can imagine what it must have looked like to someone who didn't understand, but it seemed to have worked.

Hi Katie. I have experienced the same as you, especially when I'm feeling sort of on a split level. On one hand I am really positive and cheery about everything, in the sense that I am doing my best "to make things tick" and I'm happy I can contribute. Yet on the other hand ..... I feel a sadness about my own personal life, which has been ... difficult ... as it has been for many Indigos/Crystals and other Star-people. That is when I feel a really beautiful loving presence around me, it is just so spectacular, that I know that I am not alone.

I had two contract/guide readings recently. I wanted to know about my Indigo service contracts but have only been through 10 of the 17 to date. During the first reading, some of my guides wanted to introduce themselves to me. Guides are divided into guardians/protectors and teachers. Some of my eight guardians are: GreLLLa a dragon, Shanar Rah a deva (angel in charge of nature spirits), and the Archangels Raphael (helps me with healing & balancing) and Sandalphon (helps me with "musical orchestration" aka flowing with the music of the spheres, and with other "tools").

Some of my seven teachers are Wai a holy woman, Gorof a big black panther, and Nikola Tesla (a human being whom hepled to develop wireless communciation).

Anyhow, I think the angelic presence I feel is Shanar Rah. I have felt or sensed Gorof around me often at work. He helps me to know when to "pounce" or when to point out situations where people are not being fair minded, or are being irrational, etc. AND when it is actually important to correct such a situation. Yay for Gorof.

Lately I have seen shadowy figures moving around my house but they have been friendly. Ocassionally something also doesn't feel right to me, and I treat it as you did. Watch out for physical signs of your guides being present too, e.g. touches or smells. For example, one of my guides likes to blow in my ear. I didn't know that until just this very week!! Whenever it happened in the past I was actually quite disturbed, i.e. shocked. It was like "whoa what the hell is going on here, did someone just blow in my ear? Hello, someone please explain what's happening here". Hahahaha.

But, now I know better. We all have spirit guides and it is great to get to know them through readings and/or visualisations and just being open to meeting them in your dreams and receiving messages and signs that they are subtly helping you, through synchronicities and through "words" or actions suddenly popping into your "head". Guides will help you to some degree but you can ask them especially for particular help. I know this because I have called upon them several times to help me out of some "sticky" or hair-rising situations, and they have helped me.

ok bak to the thread,everyone has their own spirit guidance..u dont have to experience anything physical just to know theyre there..but when ur intuition or gut feeling tells u sumone is in the room bringing u positive energy,then have faith that theyre there (and ur not crazy)..

Yes you did explain it to me, thanks. That's what I meant by I didn't know it was a spirit guide until this very week. Maybe I got my weeks muddled although, LOL. I'm really glad that you told me, Ethan, because I had no idea it was a guide, and now I do know, I am more open to that sort of contact.

I’ve seen spirit guides around my mother.

One sits on her right shoulder. I just see the head of a jovial man that I call Sam (I’m not sure why I call him that…it just fit). He is very hairy with blue eyes, long salt and pepper curly hair and a thick beard and mustache which is also salt and pepper. He kind of mocks her when she is being too serious. He makes me laugh.

Another sits on her left shoulder. She is very tiny (about 8 inches tall). She wears a gown and glows blue/white. She has a very feminine feel about her. I call her willow.

The other is VERY large and stands behind her. I’ve only seen this one’s robe. The robe is pastel blues, pinks, oranges, greens.

Does anyone know the significance of the position of the guides?

Hello everybody, once when I was meditating I saw golden eyes, has anybody had a similiar experience? I actually felt like it was really close to me and I felt a warm friendly comforting energy.

Hello Marie,i know what you mean i don't get eyes,i have different things happen the usual is i get a golden orange feeling if that makes sense,i sometimes get high pitched noises in my ears at the same time as well,flashes of light and if i happen to see a clock it is one of the 11.11 2.22 etc numbers.

gold in energy usually refers to a high source of energy.usually the effects are calming and embraceful..gold is usually connected to the crown chakra,or the chakra right on the top of ur head that connects u to a higher force

For me personally, guidance usually comes in the form of synchronicities with people and events. I know to try to discern and take note of these signs and if I try to contradict them in any way, I usually suffer an unwanted/negative outcome.

Cool, thanks for replying-it always helps to know that others have the same/similiar type of experiences. Come to think of it, there are times when I hear my ears ringing. Not when I am meditating though, usually during the day when I am doing stuff. Mmm, maybe they are trying to get my attention....I have had alot of stuff going on, like there are days where I feel like there is something I am supposed to do or that there is some sort of information that I am supposed to recieve and or act on. It almost seems like somethin is happening that is blocking information from coming through. I do get intuition alot, so don't get me wron, information is passed down, but I feel like maybe they are trying to get more throuh or possibly develop a stonger connection.

Hi, it is interesting that you said that gold energy is embraceful, as when I saw the eyes whilst mediating, I did literally feel like it was giving me a hug-it felt like it was really up close. It came as a surprise, as beforehand Id been thinking that I would like to see angels (Iknow there is a difference between guides and angels, but I did not know that then). However, I never thought that I would see one whilst meditating and that they would get so close to me physically.

I like your saying-it reminds me (and is similiar to what I have been thinking lately) of how to some people I am a teacher and to others I am a student-sometimes both at the same time ie whilst teaching someone I discover something about myself.

u can find ur guides by urself..usually from dreams where u feel ur half awake and asleep.or by visualization..visualize urself in a warm relaxing place,and say in ur soul u wanna see who ur guides are..might take a few times before actually seeing their faces or communicating with them

There is definitly a presence with us on this planet of a spiritual origin, I think we all agree on that. However, I would say use caution and logic on these matters. Afterall, would the world be at the brink if it was all good influence. I'm not religeous what so ever, but there is a negative presence that can be quite sneaky. Just be logical of where the guidence is leading you. Oh and EnemyAtLineSix your right
