need healing thoughts quickly

This sounds a bit silly, but if anyone would get it this group will.

My Dad's horse- who is about 4 is in the vet emergency room in critical condition (for lack of better terms). She has collicked (sp?) In the next few hours we will know if she will live or not.
Pepper is almost a life-line for my dad. She keeps him young- or he feels that way. He used to be a marathon runner but age has finally slowed that down, so now he rides Pepper. They trailride, work in the ring, and he spends tons of time just grooming her.
He lost a horse afew years ago to foundering, this was the replacement.

He is torn up. He is a mess. He is a state politician and doesnt care about tonight's election becuase of wory for this horse. He spent 5 hours waiting at the horse vet- wanting to just help.
For now, prayers and good thoughts are all we can do-- and wait. the doc said in the next hour, if she takes this medicine well, she has a 50/50 chance. They will know for sure by morning.

Please send your good stuff her way. Her name is Pepper. And my dad needs some strength too.



oh----- I jsut remembered- lets add to his mind set- my sister's birthday is in a week-- the sister who committed suicide 2 years ago. Yep, my dad needs teh energy sent his way too.

Oh poor Pepper (and dad), colic is horrible, one of ours was in vet hospital 2 weeks ago with it, I hope he pulls through... sending lots of reiki to them both x

She is doing much better! She gets to come home tomorrow!!! YEAH!!

Thank you for the positive prayers and thoughts! It really has worked! The doc really didnt think she would live, and now she is coming home! She is still very sick, but it will help to be back with her buddies and back at home in her very comfy stall, until she can get back in the pastures.
