I have this "ability" to channel energy through a limited space (no more than a foot) between my hands. I have had on numerous accounts allowed friends/family pass a hand in between my hands while channelling energy and they all feel it, except for one. when she passed her hand between mine she felt nothing, whereas I felt a disturbance in the flow. I could feel where her hand was and that when my energy got near her hand it simply "stopped".

any advice?

so her NOT being able to feel my energy could be because im a weakling compared to her? I hope thats the case. When she attempted to do the energy channeling however neither of us felt anything.

Consult Barbara Brennan's book "Hands of Light" or google her site. It may take you some digging or an email to question her, but she is a frontrunner in energy assesment and healing.

Just based on your description, it sounds as if the person you came into contact with has a block, a heavy shield of protection for her energy, but it is hard to say. She could even be partially detached from her body...

Out of Body or disociative. Some souls are not fully in their bodies because of their inability to experience the incarnation. Some deliberately reside mostly outside the body, others have "drifted" due to some sort of trauma. Sometimes addictions will show up this way also in the energy.

Sometimes energies don't always blend. At times I can't connect with people or animals I love dearly (and who love me!), it's just one of those things, maybe try a different way or a different day

Oh, I completely agree... but is it wrong to want to understand why? Look at it this way... you may have a friend who hates to be touched, even hugged! They say no! But they are your friend and you care for them. You also don't want to take it personal... isn't it helpful to understand why? Maybe they were raped or molested. Maybe they are hypersensitive. The more we try to understand of others, the more we can understand ourselves?

Her reason for blocking may indeed be trauma to be healed or a hurdle to be overcome. If it was D's calling to be a part of that healing process then I believe there would be more intuition about it. This doesn't seem to feel like it should be probed at this time.

I don't even think that anything is essentially wrong. It just is the way it is.
I could be wrong though.

hmmm this is described in Falun Gong texts

if you are in the presence of someone with a greater level than yourself (the level relates to the level of your xin-xing or mind natures and this can equate to gong although doesn't always) then their electromagnetic field will overcome yours and any supernatural powers you have will be disabled in the presence of this person (you don't have to be indigo to have supernatural powers anyone can have these) the reason is that the density of their electromagnetic field is greater than yours is and it will permeate your own field. Was she a particularly virtuous person ? did she practice qi gong or yoga or something to that nature ?

I don't know if vibration is a good way to put it as it seems a bit vague and perhaps could be taken the wrong way, I do understand what you mean by vibration (spiritual frequency) but others perhaps may not, so I described it the way I did above as I feel that makes a little more sense

experience some similar with my daughter I can feel the energy build up but when she is around me I can build up the energy, she is fairly young.
