it wouldnt matter if half the world signed this thing, the guys in charge arent gonna disclose anything. btw if aliens have been here in the recent past, dont you think theyd be smart enough to contact us in a way that everyone would know about? not just the morons in charge?

Originally they contacted the governments of the world, after that the governments thought that would cause general unrest and chaos due to fear to inform the public.. This was demonstrated by the radio broadcasting of The Day the World Stood Still ... When this was done there was complete chaos until the government called it off and let everybody know that it was just a show from that radio station... Orson Wells was the actor that was the main figure in the show.
After that instead of starting a campain of Disclosure about the ETs the governments realize the tremendous potential of the technology they had been exposed by the ETs that they decided to seale it from the general public for good.
Since then anyone who has tried to report a n UFO or ET sighting has been ridiculized, harrased, even killed by the USA shadow government because they want the technology for the corporations that are the real owners of this shadow government.
Also through movies they started a campain of fear related to ET invasions, etc.
For this reason and due to our freewill the ETs are nit allowed to come forward but until we all agree that we want to meet them. Internally deep in our thoughts the great majority of us feel they are not good. The ETs feel this fear and can't proceed.
If the Government releases the truth about the ETs people will start working on their fears and will want to meet them..
This will also serve to wake up those that are asleep and it will make them see that we are not alone in the Universe and what we all really are...
