(I don't know which thread to post this in...)
Has anyone else captured orbs in pictures? I was at Chichen Itza in Mexico a few days ago, took a picture of the mayan ruin and glowing orbs were everywhere. Two large ones on either side of the step pyramid and smaller ones everywhere. It wasn't the sun or rain btw. Does anyone know the significance of these? I've heard a few theories but still am unsure, especially orbs at this ancient site; what could they have been?
Thanks
Hi Danaeh,
Try typing Orbs in the search tabs. Seems to be a few threads about the phenomenon!
You get what you think about whether you want it or not.
i believe orbs carry light (knowledge) and certain kinds of energies.....i have a pic on my laptop of a coulple captured one's in film....it seems that film is able to capture orbs better than our eyes.....ive noticed sometimes with a digital camera you'll focus it on an area...without even taking the pic...the orb show up on the screen...but when i look, it is not there...interesting
I have seen a REAL ORB LIVE>!@.
i went to this Haunted Place in old City it is said that a little girl was killed there..
and
we were there for about an hour before we decided to leave..
as we were leaving it got really cold all of the sudden...
and
just as we were a quarter mile ffrom the street we heard a scream come from there
but
we were the only ones at the spot and it sounded just like a girl...
so we Booked it Out of there!@
right as it got cold
and
just before the scream i had seen a bright ball float at my knee level and go into the ground...
that was a real life experience that i will never forget!@
with orbs that is..

Often orbs in photos are just dust, but I've gotten photos of some really neat ones.
Here's one of my best photos.
Here it is with adjusted contrast. I really see 08 inside of it! Strange, huh?
