    What's good about humans?

This ad goes away when you register.
There is so much bad stuff said about humans...

In this world I see so much good/light, but, I also see so much bad/dark. Light, dark, good, bad, positive, negative, whatever, I just want to focus on the good, the light, the positive, aspects of humans, in this thread.

So, if you have any beautiful stories to share about humans, please share them!

I'll start off close to home,

There is a group of family friends that I have known sinse I was a child. They are spiritual people, and have done a lot of inner work for many years. They want to be and are of service, to our planet, and for the evolution of the human. They are now aged from mid 50s to 60s and are spiritual, wise, grounded, warm, loving, compassionate, healing, and intelligent. Of course, they are so much more...

One of the women, is early sixties, she is as bright and as youthful as anything, she has so much bright, healing energy, still loves to have fun! She works in healing, helping people who have, or will lose, a loved one, or are dying themselves, to help them with their feelings of grief. She visits very old people, and gives them comfort, and writes and reads poetry to them, to help in their healing. She travels to prisons, and visits prisoners on death row, and befriends them, to help them with healing, too, such compassion.

I feel blessed to have these humans in my life.

I'm sure there are many more humans, like this, in our world today, making a loving, compassionate difference. On the web, there are so many stories of people being of service, helping people, and the planet, and also some people are awakening spiritualy.

I believe it is not just indigos and crystals, or those of us that resonate with indigo, crystal, but also, human beings, with a big heart, that are helping the evolution on this planet.

So, "indigo", "crystals", "starseeds", "humans", "earth angels", and whatever, all kinds of people, beings, essenses...some of all of those named groups, are making a positive difference.

    I agree completely.

I can agree that Human beings have many flaws. But flaws are the foundation of the sublime.

Humans have the ability to love, laugh, learn, grow, build and transform. Sure, they are equally destructive but I find them to be unique, fragile creatures. I can't help but to love them.

Human children are so forgiving. One minute a tussle and the next hugging and friends for life. Humans are the only species that have the power and desire to help other animals all the time. Well, dolphins too I guess, but humans have entire organizations for the benefit of animals they may never actually see or touch.

    It varies.
When I was 15 years old, I worked as a cashier at a dollar store. There was a long line every Sunday, it's the busiest day of the week there. This one particular Sunday, all the cashiers called out sick, except for me. I was rushing through my costumers, trying to get everyone through the line. People can get pretty impatient.

There was this elderly woman, that was slow to unload her cart. Instead of rushing her, I offered to help. I came out from around the counter and loaded her stuff onto the counter to be rung up. As I was ringing up her stuff, she saw a candy bar that she hadn't seen in the stores since she was just a girl, so she added that to what she buying. She had already given me enough for the rest of the stuff, but she couldn't find the change for the candy bar. The man behind her slid me a dollar and said, "that's for the candy bar." and he smiled genuinely at her and at me. She thanked him and left.

After I rung him up, the lady in line after him, told me that I was great with handling customers and said that she was going to let the manager know that too.

I know those two things were small, but it felt really good to see the man treat the elderly lady to the candy bar; and it was kind of the other lady to let me know I was doing well.

Random acts of kindness stick in my mind.

OK, I'll start with my partner. He's just as cynical & people-weary as me but when it comes to 'doing' we're cut from the same cloth - he's been there at quite a few road accidents and even where people are dead at the scene. We're both calm & collected at times like this and have both attended to people at crash scenes, as so many people seem to freeze in a crisis or just can't stand to be around people hurt or in pain.
One we were at last year was a man & his little boy, there were a few people gathered at the scene who just didn't know what to do, which is perfectly understandable, and most of them were really upset to see a little boy unconscious, so we just sort of automatically got on with it & sorted them out till the paramedics arrived.
A few months ago a young man had narrowly escaped serious injury in his car, when his mum arrived she fell over from the shock of seeing the car wreckage. I looked after her & her son & when she left to go to hospital with him she gave me such a huge hug & thanked me so much, I was so glad I helped them both.
I know I whinge about humans but I will always do what I can to help when possible, often when nobody else is capable of doing so for whatever reason.
When a van ran into my car on a busy street there was no help from anybody, everyone just drove past gawping - I don't want to be one of those who thinks 'somebody else will deal with it' and just walks away.

last night i was watching a news special on some of the most incredible clips from ordinary people going out of their way to help victims of crashes, floods, etc.

one man somehow lifted a helicopter so others could pull a man out from underneath.

several men swam out to a woman's sinking car in a flood. her windows shorted out and she couldn't escape, her SUV was sinking down hood first. they dived down to grab her and pull her up.

several men at a zoo jumped into a gorilla's pit to save a small boy who fell down there and knocked his head. it was sweet though, a silverback male sat next to the boy for a minute and touched his back gently, sort of stroked him, and then the boy woke up. i think the gorilla healed him somehow. anyway, the boy started screaming and the gorilla didn't know what to do, so he led all the other gorillas away from him. but a young male gorilla got excited and started galloping around the boy, and several men with mere sticks jumped in to hoist the boy back up to his parents.

people are amazing. sure, people are terrible too. but i think human beings are so diverse and tenacious, so very strong. the will of the human spirit to protect and prevail against tough odds is something i value.

i was drowning once, at a water theme park, and i cried out to God to help me.
the lifeguards didn't hear my sister screaming, there were even two lifeguards on duty...
it was some regular guy that jumped off an inner tube and dived for me.

ordinary people... nothing too ordinary about them, you walk past heroes and heroines every day..

A childs laughter is very enchanting. I'm amazed at the strength human children have to over come sadness, loss and pain. Its truly amazing.

I have a much more intimate relationship with the evil than I do the good. The evil's taught me the most, and is the newest to me.

Not too long ago, I met someone. This person, for some reason, has the potential to turn me into a sadistic madman. When I see them, I want to hurt them, and I know I'd have fun doing it. I don't hurt them, but it does take some conscious effort not to have a go at them, at the very least.

I thought I was above all of this. Turns out, I'm not. Even in this short time, this tiny encounter, taught me a lot about myself, human nature and people in general. And I'll be honest: I dearly want to turn this person's world upside down, just because I can. It'd be interesting to me. I won't do anything, but only because I know better.

I've always been this weird amalgam of sadistic and compassionate. I'll love hurting you, but afterward, I'll nurse those wounds and take care of you.

Having evil done to me has changed me in a lot of ways. But oddly enough, I like it. There are too many instances to recount, but I approach them as experiences now, you know? So I don't think the evil is so evil in the end, and I'm only speaking this way to communicate my ideas.

I'm a very self-destructive person. I'm a very self-destructive person because I like experiencing the evil. If you experience so much pain, after a while, you become numb to it. After that, you become immune. Unconsciously, that's what I've always wanted.

So maybe the trick isn't to repress our evils or focus only on the good, but to become numb, in our own way, to the evil, so that we can move through life untouched, rather than run through life being chased by an enemy we can't see.

I think I understand what you are saying. I've had a lot of things done to me as well, and I did a lot to myself unknowingly. I became numb to it after a while. I didn't feel anything at all for sometime, but that ate away at me eventually.

I prefer to feel, and to feel deeply: whether it is pleasure or pain. I don't attach myself to the experiences, but I feel them in the moment and keep going forward. All we have is this experience of now, so I choose to experience it fully.

We have humans here seeded from different spectrums from the Universe..Reptilian which are very much left brain can be into stuff that is cruel torwards the darkness (by choice) they are trying to turn us into hive mentality..Paleatians which are nuetral (tuff love -standing back).. and Andromidas which are more torwards light (really rooten for us here)....many more like zetas(souless close to losing species)..and so on some here that are in 4th density controlling bloodlines and starseeds...but all in all we are at a tipping point in our history where things are at opposites. We are at dire times where we are needed badly to fight against the invasions and corruptions. If you are an Indigo it can feel overwhelming at times. But we know the best ways to protect and fight back is...spiritual power! Physically isn't the answer we are up against something more sinister in the physical. I do believe we are bringing about some kind of vibrational change (awakening) hopefully a DNA upgrade at best!! Some humans are into satanistic rituals like the reptilian bloodlines-illuminati and they are intentional about being non-empathatic.. but there are victums that are so mind controlled by it they don't realize what they are doing to others. The ones awake see it and feel overwhelmed by it but are fighting back with love on every level possible. If you want to see how this all fits together watch David Icke- Freedom or Facism on you tube. Even if you disagree with it keep watching anyways.. he makes good points on alot of stuff

we have the ability to carry out gods will on this earth. we have more abilities than animals. a cat cannot build a bridge but a human can. a horse cannot plant corn but a human can
the thing is some of us are born good, and have the ability to do good. but many people are rotten and evil and only want to cause harm on others. some people cause harm to others for fun or to get a laugh, some people do things only to benefit themselves including killing and torturing others for thrill or selfish reasons. theres more psychopaths then we think and alot of people in the polulation have psychopath tendencies. it takes a true person to have a good heart a pure soul to stand out among the crowd and say i love the world and im here to help god to love myself and my fellow people and animals completely and be kind at all times and do the best that can be done

im like the last person i mentioned. im kind and do what i can for others when im able to. i help other people and animals and care about the enviroment. ive rescued cats, helped homeless, helped people at stores who i didnt know, held open doors for people, saved lives, rescued toddlers who were lost. and thats what expected from humans a person who expects anything less from theirselves is just plain and nothing great. when i was 10 i saved my school principals toddler daughter from getting kidnapped once or lost. i was in the hotel lobby alone and going to the dining room. i was kind of independant at that age. my family was in the dining room but i was at the hotel room and ran down the lobby to go to ther dining room later. i saw this 4 year old girl who looked lost and sad and she told me her parents were in the dining room so i watched her and told her to walk with me and i walked her over to the didning room which she then pointed out my school principal as being her father. he was sitting there with his family and wife.
so she was safely returned to her parents.

i have a habit of running into lost toddlers. ive had to go run after alone toddlers who i didnt even know, i wasnt their babysitter and didnt know their parents. many times and i did each time even tho i was basically a kid myself during most of these times. as a teen and around then

i give to the homeless alot when they didnt even ask

im a sympathetic and empathetic person so if i spot a person in need and im able to help them i do what i can, or also animals in need

I'm wanting to quote what I wrote in the first post of this thread, just incase anyone skipped it.

So, if you have any beautiful stories to share about humans, please share them!
I do respect that everyone has some different opinions, or that people are aware of the more negative aspects of human nature, and in freedom of speech. If you want to talk about the more negative things, please create your own thread about it, or post about it elsewhere.

This thread is specifically to talk about the more positive and beautiful aspects of human beings!

We get to choose to be anything we want. As long as you can deal with consequences, that is.

It is a beautiful reality that Human Being may choose to utilize imagination to co-create. The Earth laughs with flowers, the heavens/other side of the veil laughs with personalities/spiritualities. We choose to do it all, although influences can make it seem otherwise. We are all incredible beings that can do or think anything we want if we can remember how. We can be anything and everything, because we share a piece of infinity.

We can choose to Love unconditionally and the amount of people that choose to do this grows every day. Given the multitude of directions of separation and discrimination, it is incredible to see a Human Being Loving All as a chosen Life.

The multitudes.. of unspeakably diverse Human Beings. There are some floating in the subconscious ocean waiting to be picked up. There are those strengthening themselves in mind/body/spirit in order to face the coming tide and deconstruct the infrastructure of the planet and turn our cultures waste into useful material. Some are wanting to leave, some are ready to stay, some don't know what to do. And nobody really knows what, if anything, will happen.

    Simply and complexly amazing.
    I am.
