I've had a few IS related dreams now, the only one I can just about remember was a while ago...there were loads of us.. and we were all in an underground bunker type house (think this might have been my flat lol?) waiting, watching the news and looking out at stuff outside, think there was some kind of shuttle in the sky.
Wish I could remember my dreams :/
grins, sounds like you are getting some past life connections, sometimes u get future too. I found this happened a lot to me too when I first came here - enjoy, this usually means your are integrating past aspects of yourself into your being.

lol maybe! I had a dream about Daniel Craig the other morning (well who wouldn't?) and didn't think much of it, but when I looked at my phone there was a text message from my Uncle saying he wants the DC bond DVDs for Christmas!
A couple of days ago (after starting to read 'Journey of Souls') I had a restless night where I was doing all sorts of crazy dreaming about souls/floating in space and can't remember any of it, Gutted!
Anyway.. this is a picture thread, so heres a picture of me looking pretty gaunt and pathetic lol..

I have always been very pale (gaunt as you put it). It's partly due to my heart, I have a very low resting heart rate - (45-50 bpm) which is something that usually only endurance athletes have but I am not really an endurance athlete. I think it had something to do with my heart stopping at birth and being revived. Anyhow I found something that rectifies it and puts color in my cheeks. The humble cacao bean. Everyone loves chocolate but this one gets my heart up around the normal range (70-80 bpm).

I remember reading on here that you got it down to 5bmp after meditating?

And thinking about it.. all the Aussies I've met were tanned and blonde.
I don't usually looks so pale and thin (theres never much sun in UK though) I'm known for having rosy cheeks usually, its been a pretty exhausting few months with energy up and down all the time, maybe its starting to take its tole a bit, or was just strange lighting?
grins, I dunno about 5 bpm, you might have confused my post with someone elses, I don't remember posting that. 40-50 has been my normal heart rate for as long as I know. It probably does drop on meditation, I will have to check that next time. I know master Li from Falun Dafa says that our cells actually age slower when we meditate, all processes slow down and it prolongs life.

hey patryc..thats so handy to hear...i have the same thing...have very low blood pressure...not complaining cos it has major ups like being able to drop to very low thetas in meditation...but an excuse to munch on choc is very goooooooooddd :-) xxxx

grins ya choc is great to get you moving again. Remember not just any choc will do. Get the high quality dark choc with the cocoa butter in it (85% usually does). Preferably get the raw choc, the cacao beans or the raw powder. That is the best stuff and has the enzymes, flavenoids and theobromine all in tact. Theobromine is what raises your heart rate.

out of thanks patryc...but yay for that info..wierd that i only eat that chocolate. in the old days there was no greater treat than a victorian high tea with cake and a cup of hot water and raw cocoa powder....things were so much more on track with food then hey...xxx

yep it's true strongstar you are incredibly beautiful
really everyone here is really very noticeably beautiful. my tribe too i have noticed many times, the people i hang out with. maybe not in the stereotypical way, its more like the eyes, and the glowing thing...really radiant....the vibe too, thats what really makes someone beautiful. but yeah this is not your average cross section of people....
