    I thought I make this thread so people can post here what works for them.

    What kinds of diets, foods, exercises help them maintain their weight and a healthy body.

    I am into eating according to your genetic type, my genetic type is protein. There are books based on diets according to your genetic type, with a quiz there so you can test for yourself which type you are - it takes ages but it works to giving you energy and helping your immune system expand.
    A protein type genetics, does not mean that you go onto a all fat and carb diet like the Atkins diet - noway! it just means you are more likely to need fish and meat more than other foods.

    I was spiritually told 3 things I must do for my body, personally - by my spiritual father, and I thought ok, this is weird, but I am going to try it.

    He told me I must drink lots more water - for example, forcing myself to drink a pint every 2 hours on average and try to fit in 1 pint of milk a day.

    Then he told me that I should breath heavily for upto 30 minutes a day to boost my metabolism, boosting metabolism will help me loose weight and will not affect my muscles and joints with risks of exercise injuries - breathing heavily will fool my body into thinking it is exercising and will burn automatically.
    Now he also knew that I am having trouble breathing lately in the last few days, and he advised me to remove the dying plants in my bedroom which are stealing my oxygen from me, and to boil up some garlic and breath it deeply in... funny enough my breathing has improved.

    I have done all that he said and I am dramatically loosing weight... I've only done these things for 5 days, and my knickers and tops are already 1 size smaller *blush* seriously... I dont know if this stuff is suitable for all humans, or humans with a similar starseed/genetic resemblance to myself. I really have no idea, but just try it for a week and have a looksie.

    That breathing heavy for 30 mins sounds interesting,i've just gotta think of someone to phone.

    love this - I have been listening to these Tony Robbins mp3's on increasing your energy on my ipod.

    He talks about this breathing technique which boosts lymphatic circulation up to 17x. That's massive. As you may know the lymphatic has no pump like the blood system (heart), the only thing that gets it moving is exercise or breathe. Anyhow the breathing technique recommended is this :

    breathe in 1 count (breathe deep as much as you can), hold breathe for 4 counts, breathe out for 1 count. He says to do this 10 times per exercise and 3 times a day.

    Apparently he lost 30 lb in 30 days with this technique and improving his foods - he focuses on water content foods.

    I try to eat right to my blood type at the moment which is type O - the old original blood type. Here's the link to let you know which foods are good / damaging for your blood type.

    This week I have lost 2 kg which is 4.4 lb. I made a pledge to lose about 50-60 lb this semester so this is a good start. A semester is about 30 weeks.

    Oh and one last thing - if you lymphatic system has an infection or is clogged or you have a bloating problem do a castor oil cleanse. I did this one yesterday - what it does is flush out the digestive system, liver and lymph all at the same time. You feel a bit raw after doing this. I went to the toilet about 7-8 times. But once it's done you feel a lot cleaner and you have cleared out a lot of old junk which keep weighing your liver down with excessive toxins.

    Hi:



    here is my protocol for CO flush.



    1. Wake up early in morning on a holiday, and mix 60 ml of CO + 100 ml of Orange Juice, well, in a bottle.



    2. Hold the nose and drink the concoction. Immediately pop a mint in my mouth and let go off the nose.



    3. I bypass the taste this way. I have not had any vomiting, but sometimes I get the nasty burps, and feel the taste. But thats about it.



    4. I can move around the house, do my chores, or just lie down.



    5. An hour after, I start drinking lukewarm water, ( as much as I can tolerate). This is to give a hot-wash to my intestines.



    6. I start having bowel movements, in an hour or so. I once counted and I had something like 12 BMs with this amount of dose, which lasted for 6-7 hours.



    7. I skip breakfast, that day, and have a light lunch like khichidi. I also eat some fruits. Any fruit is good, as they are easily digested.



    8. By dinner time I am normal, and can have normal dinner. Although, I still keep it light and healthy( No fried stuff).



    9. I feel 100% better next day and diarrhea is gone. I also noticed, that bowels are dark brown coloured, implying that bile flow is adequate.



    10. I try to do CO oil cleanse, once a month.



    For my last 3 LFs, I combined CO cleanse as well. That is do CO cleanse in morning, follwed by LF that day. But now I am doing only CO flushes. And not doing Liver Flushing. My bloating is seriously gone.



    I realise the importance of cleansing out Liver, Stomach and Intestines. If they are not clean, disease is just on its way to bite us. And a bloated tummy is just a sign of sickness. SO I wanted to fix it, by all means.



    I have tried a lot of things in the past one year, since I came to Curezone. A anti-candida diet, Coconut Oil, Liver Flushing, SWF, ES purges etc. But nothing has worked like this castor Oil cleanse. One thing, which I stayed away was Enemas/Colonics etc. Never wasted my time /money on those.



    So now I am doing CO cleanse ( once a month), cold showers ( every day), drink one liter of lukewarm water with lemon/honey ( evrery morning). I also exercise and try to skin brush. I am 31yrs F, weigh 120lbs.



    In my opinion try this CO clease 4-5 times, done evry 2 weeks and see if the size of your tummy goes down. It really went down in my case!!!!
    personally I did it with prune juice - orange juice is bad for my blood type where prune juice is highly beneficial.
