Levitation from a "down" position so you can go up,
is the Intention. But unless that orientation is part
of your intention . . . you are suspended in null-G. box
in a space. Without a kickoff platform, you can only
move through intention. To stay "upright" you need an
upright to what.
This is a problem to our Astronauts. In the beginning
of their null-G experience, without the earth-up-down
orientation, they would throwup. They needed to train
the conscious mind to accept arbitrary "ups and downs"
as valid "home" points.

If you follow the grandpa suggestion of not taking
all the weight off . .Gravity forms the up/down
relationship for you.

During my Army Basic Training [1951] during the time of the Korean War,
my squad of 12 men + I levitated during "Field Exercises". The 12 were
Mountain Men from the Southern Mountain Ranges. They couldn't read
or write, but they all were telepathic. With telepathy as a binding force
they quickly leaned to read minds and remote view.

We went into the woods to practice our "skills" in a new style of field formation.
And they tried to teach me to move silently through the woods and brush. After
all their teaching, I still went through the woods like a mule with a broken leg.
I just couldn't do it. Our only option was to levitate, so I showed them how.

We became known as "The Ghost Squad" and we were unbeatable.
Any training, we were #1 & #2. During field exercises we were #1.
Our squad was a ungainly group Shorty was 6'6". Slim was a round 5'2",
We were one of every physical type. They couldn't march together so
we double timed every where. When we started training, we were
treated like a sub-company, no one wanted the miss-fits, and we
kept that semi-independent status.

I had an accomplishment award pole made, It looked like a Queue pole but
covered with red and blue ribbons of all the awards we gathered. I taught
them to read and write during Army lectures. They taught me how to shoot.
We were even with the short blade, [much better that the Armies instructor]
and they learned the long blades, Pirate Cutlass styles, really fast. They learned
Mind-with-Body and harmony healing.
We truly were a band of Warrior Mountain Brothers with a full range of psi-abilities.

When I actually do energy readings, it all kind of comes together as one thing. Like the very first list would just be energy reading, dream premonitions and premonitions. it can get you down. The responsibility of psi abilities can be a big
one. We like to help people. We can't help them all. Who do I choose?

Why don't/can't others understand? Why just me? What am I doing
here in this stupid place? I know I am here for a reason, but I can't
seem to find it. When I thought about these questions, I would tend
to get very angry, so my mentor grandpa and I made a set of guides
for me to follow.

I get frustrated with younger souls. I just do. It depresses me that they're so young. Their path is indeed much harder. How come the younger soul gets the witchcraft training and I don't? I mean I go through stuff like that on a regular basis.

I remote view more than I should, I can do many things more than I should. I can't help but be psychic. I need to shut it off. I don't always want it. I really don't need it sometimes. But then it just happens. It just exists. There is not much I can do about that. Hardly. I feel less depressed knowing there are people out there like me. I wish I had more indigo friends who aren't planning on moving away. I need a stable group of indigo friends out here where I live. That's hard to come by. Some of my friends are witchcraft teachers but like I said, they haven't trained me yet. I want the training. Someday it will come right?

I can often feel spirits and other presences and if they are more positive or negative. That is the only ability that has shone through me for sure. What one is that by the way? I also seem to accidentally manipulate things like wireless connections and celluar connection but on accident. I would really like to learn how to try to use these abilities to see if they are something that I have. I have known I'm an indigo for a short amount of time so that is mostly why I don't know that much about my talents.

I have trouble shutting off my abilities all the time. I await a psychic mentor in my life who can teach me more than I've already learned. I have learned some shielding and am working on a book about psychic shielding. I can only hope that I eventually learn to shut it out. That is not to say my situation is impossible to manage, it is manageable. I take medication for my bipolar, and I can manage most incoming using a variety of shields. I just have my days when I feel too telepathic, can't shut it off and feel out of control. Then I stay home for awhile until I chill out long enough to ground myself out.

I'm pretty sure Animal Telepathy is one of them, I experience a strong connection of empathy and understanding with my dog and really most animals, especially aided by eye contact and touch/petting. Astral projection is a no-brainer, I go to places I've visited all the time, I need only to close my eyes and change my consciousness with breathing exercises. I usually can tell auras, but usually I feel an aura more as a physical sensation when I am around the person, and can describe it with words like "rolling waves"... I do feel like while a specific color is definitely central to an aura, a person's energy field often has more dimensions than that. Mine for instance is purple, but streaks of red (a much lower wavelength) and lots of blue (a slightly lower wavelength) are definitely present. I never really knew much about automatic writing but.. wow, i do that a lot... Like I'll be writing a poem and if I'm listening to music especially I'll drift off and there it is in front of me. I've never tried channeling another vessel but I wouldn't want to right now, I'm not ready to try that. Clairaudience is my strongest sense, in fact I hear certain presences in my house all the time, it's aided by a white noise such as babbling water or TV fuzz. I can pick up an object and feel a sound from it based on its energy. Sometimes whole melodic structures and scales, I'm pretty sure that's why I'm a musician- this sense has pervaded my reality for as long as I can remember.
Clairvoyance comes in close second, the sound is inseperable from psychic vision. Shapes, kinesthetics, whole scenes, visions.... When I meditate I often dream-journey and meet my spirit guides in all sorts of strange settings. Every little detail means something...
I'm not so sure about clairsentience. But I do feel like that comes with a connection at all to the spirit realm. Divination... no... I'm not quite that honed yet. I have a huge heap of raw connection that needs to be better tuned and focused.
Empathy/clairempathy is extremely important to me, and it took a while to not let others' emotions overtake my energy. I still slip up all the time.
I have a very hard time with anything involving the future... It's so FOGGY!! But I often find strange coincidences that happen that make me stop and think "what could that mean?" and then the obvious signaled thing happens and I wish I would have thought more about it. Maybe I just don't have such a strong hold on time as I do on space, or maybe it's a sign I need to really hone that sense..?
PSYCHOMETRY!!! I just recently delved into this and I'm finding I'm rather good at it and have been unconsciously doing it for a while! Telling fantastic stories about what this teacher was doing while making that worksheet, or where those shoes might have been. It's so incredible!
While I am Phoenix, I can't just start a fire with my head that I know of Haha. Or move anything.
I haven't really met many other people with connections, so I'm not so sure about telepathy, though I feel a certain proclivity for that, I don't know, just a hunch

Okay, so i know that's a lot. But I promise I'm being 100% honest here. I'm still growing and focusing all of this... I also have a good sense of energy flow, what objects and furniture in a room should or should not be placed near each other and in what directions... As well as socially, how a conversation "flows" and analyzing (without really thinking much about it) different people's parts and inputs in the conversation...
If anyone has any advice on how to hone ANY of these skills of further myself in them, or any bits of information on them i might be missing, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! Always looking to grow my soul.

PS: AH YES. I nearly forgot healing! First-aid trained, have used it in minor situations, but also just a healer's place in society. healing words and songs... i seem to be here to pass on positive energy and help people see their inner beauty. and i'm sure you're all very familiar with everyone coming to you for advice, that seems to be a common indigo theme.
