PC- thanks for the info, I got another question about the visualization.

While trying to concentrate on picturing the spoon bending, my body takes it hard and I start to shake. Especially my head and my hands shake too much, leading an alarm in my brain eventually ending the process. I tried so many times to be in a calm state while doing this, but in a short matter of time when I get the 'picture' shaking starts again. Is this normal?
I think what is happening is that your conscious mind
and it's scientific belief system, is trying to block your "Other senses".

Full Focusing on the intention of visioning the molecular action is necessary.
This does not include the Conscious mind. You need to detach from your
Conscious mind first, into nothingness. . . . then focus on your pictured
intention . . . as a short film clip . . . . it will happen.

Luciddreams- Science is still so young and there are so many things unexplained or still theorotical. However the speed of growth is fascinating, as we think and imagine more. Science succeeded creating a living cell a couple of years ago and the public knowledge simply cannot reach the speed of the scientists. In my opinion science itself has become a huge psychic ability itself, but out of reach of many.

Still, I don't think science would grant me an ability of sensing an accident just before it happens, and break your car although everything seemed normal. This is something beyond intuition. But the knowledge of molecular vision in a spoon bending process is nothing more than my scientific knowledge.

I don't think so, You need more than knowledge, you need to know how
to use knowledge in an non-logic emotional way, feeling the movement
of the molecular structure. What we do is not Logical thought. It is
spherical-just-knowing-thought. What you are doing, I think is going
spherical thinking without detaching from your scientific judgmental
linear mind.

I think these two can work in harmony, but science being incomplete blocks this harmony. In this case science should only be a contributor in my decisions, rather than being the primary source.

That is what I am saying, it isn't science knowledge as such,
it is the tendency to believe the logic of science and not the non-logical aspect of reality.

That is one reason Lucid Dreaming can be so effective. It can enter this 3-D positive reality
and interact under your control, but to the conscious mind it is "just" a dream . . ;-)

There are two Physics Departments in Canadian Universities where they are Remote Viewing
matter smaller than their older Electron Microscopes can "see". Other aspects of science are
using the psi-abilities to formulate theories and led the way to conformation.

just a question on your abilities. did learn them (like a new language where you had to learn from scratch) or was it more like something that you always had and just needed time to perfect like walking or writing? i ask because i feel like i have had experiences like premonition and either remote viewing or clairvoyance but im much more of a 'normal' person just trying to develop some of these.
if you did have to learn from scratch any tips / advice on how to get started?

My whole life I've been drawn to "psychic phenomenon". About 3 years ago, I remember thinking, "I wish I would have dreams that would foretell the future." I didn't realize until March that I have been getting the dreams I asked for. They didn't make much sense to me the first time around, and for a reason. Now that I've been getting them again these past few months, I see what they were. Some people are born with them, and know from a young age they are able to do things that others normally do not. Technically, everyone is born with them... they just have to activate them through knowledge of knowing they exist. And with the beautiful age of the internet, everything is at our fingertips. If you want an ability, seek it. You must know it exists (if you weren't born doing these things already) in order to develop them. You must have patience though.

For example, I didn't know we had spirit guides until I found out about sylvia browne (thank you sylvia!). Now I talk to mine everyday. He even sings to me (sounds like a chipmunk because I still rely on my physical ears, but one step at a time!). I didn't know I didn't have to live with physical pain until I found out about thought manifestation, now I'm pain free. Just like I use thought manifestation to alter food flavors (subtle things, like lowering food spicyness, or even creating flavors in my mouth with nothing in it, like crab legs or mashed potatoes!)

I think it's more confusing being born with some things activated, than finding out how to activate them. Growing up with empathy can be a pain in the arse if you don't know what it is.

One thing I've been working on lately is clairaudience, easier said than done when you constantly create thoughts that may drown others out (I think it's more that I'm not letting myself distinguish between my own thoughts and others). I'm not one to do rituals or typical meditation so I think I'm definitely doing things the hard way. Oh well, to each their own.

For some reason, I sleep through giant world events. I skipped school to stay at home just to sleep, that was for 9/11.

Small world... so did I that day. My phone rang and woke me up. I begrudgingly picked it up, and it was my sister. She was like, "are you okay?" (I was in PA near Somerset at the time). I reply, "yeah, why wouldn't I be?" She told me what happened. I turn on the TV and see it on every channel. After I hung up the phone I turned off the TV and went right back to bed. I have an aversion to propaganda.

Animal Telepathy I've always been able to communicate feelings, emotions and thoughts to my dog. She's also very in-sync with me.

Aura Reading I can see peoples auras, but usually only if I'm really tired and look at it indirectly. I can also see what I call "energy traces" on walls, objects, etc - they're like auras, only not on people.

Channeling This has only begun occuring within, oh, the past 2 1/2 years or so. I've spoken with spirits of departed loved ones and passed on messages for them.

Clairsentience I've had this one ever since I can remember. Didn't even know there was a name for it. Once when I was younger, my dog ran away. I looked for her everywhere until suddenly I just "knew" where she was - around the corner behind my apartment building. I went there and there she was, running up to me. Things like that happen a lot.

Divination I have had "deja vu" dreams ever since I can remember. I'll have a dream that's kind of like a Polaroid of a place, or sometimes like a video or audio clip. I never know when it'll happen - I've had it take years at times - but I'll see that exact Polaroid, that exact building next to the other or hear the exact sentence that was in the audio clip, etc. I've also recently started having dreams about buying a house back East, and going to art school in NYC which I've been planning to do. Yet to see if those dreams will come true, but I believe they will. Oh, and I do tarot readings - a few of them about future events, and about 98-99 percent of the time my predictions will happen or something very close to them will happen.

Empathy Had this one for forever, as well. At first I'd just feel emotions off of people. Then it grew to be emotions and the decisions they'd make. Then I could feel what they felt - pain, that type of thing. And now I can see all of that and sometimes hear what they're thinking about me - and see from their perspective. It's the weirdest thing, but it's true.

Intuition This one really goes hand in hand with my empathy, for me. But sometimes I will know something is going to happen before it does, or even looks like it will. I'll get an urge to eat certain foods or do certain things that turn out to be helpful health-wise. I'll do the same for family and friends. I'll buy things before I know I need them or someone else needs them. That type of thing. I'll know when someone is lying to me, even if they deny it up and down. I'll feel it if I or someone I know is in danger and get me or them out of harms way, then later find out something did happen. Etc.

Psychometry I can feel if someone has touched something that belongs to me. I can also "feel" if a food or vitamin is good for me or not. Occasionally I'll pick something up and have a flash of something the owners done. This is more recent, however..

I've met two cats who spoke English. Exactly in the way you describe. One of them was one of my cats. I'd heard my roommate having what seemed to be a one-way conversation with someone, in the kitchen. It turned out my roommate was conversing with one of my cats

Apparently she asked my cat, "How are you?" and my cat's reply was, "All right". She then asked, "What have you been doing today?" and the reply was, "Not much." Apparently a lot more was said; the conversation had been continuing for quite some time before I heard it

That same cat would call me by my name. She spoke better English than most humans Most humans don't give animals credit for their intelligence. We think we're the smart ones

Empathy, clairvoyance, clairsentience, intuition, some divination, but that was more learned. I can communicate with some animals- it depends on the animal. I am telepathic with my sister.

I can also do that chameleon thing, but I didn't realize that was a gift.

Hi all.

I've been too busy and haven't posted the new updated list yet.
Several people have spoken about, adding tastingt energy to
to Clairgustinance. Until they commented I didn't realize I do that
too.
I like to heal local dogs and cats. When I am changing their
discord energy to harmonic energy, I get a faint sweet scent and
taste of honeysuckler. Some time the owner of the dog can
smell it but, I don't think they can taste it.
A friend, Dna, heals through reflexology. She tastes and smells different
pleasant lingering odors of energy when she is finished. She is making
massage salves in the different energy odors she has been aware of. Rose,
sandalwood, frankincense, are some of the scent salves she is developing.
Developing the cooresponding taste is harder.

There is a a time-space gateway that opens up between awake and REM sleep.
IT is called the Lucid Dream state, or a Waking Dream state of alternate awareness.
In this state all things are possible and you are in complete control. The different
Out-Of-Body modalities [flying about, levitation] are very commonly used in this state,

Sensitivities . . .
there are always variations within genders,
but yes, women are generally more sensitive.
Their pituitary turns out more Melatonin,
which is one of the direct keys to psi-abilities.
What is interesting, is that the Dr. that I see,
said that the melatonin production goes up in
post-menopausal women.

I think the main ingredient to accessing all the psi-abilities
is, the act of detaching from the Conscious mind. This act
also is necessary to open the gateways to "Spirit".

Men seem to need a ritual and/or a ritual substance to obtain
detachment and access to a psi-healing or clairvoyant
ability. Women, as myth tells us, have a wider range of
psi-abilities with less or no ritual required.
My training resulted in being able to detach from the conscious mind
very [Blink] quickly, even though I am a man, by Focusing on a pictured intention.

i found simple methods of detachment.
move your leg but dont move your leg.( first time energetic body mod...changing the flow)
open your eyes but dont open your eyes ( astrol-p for higher definition)

my list now revised is.

1. empathy/bonding/mimicry 3 levels starting from empathy and moving onwards.
2. weather manipulation,chance manipulation, ( changing probability of somthing happening...one step away from manifestation)
3. cryo,electro,pyro, kinetic augmentation( probably the same as energy manipulation)
4. vamp sight,astrol,astral one leads into another
5.mind over body...not mind over matter yet.
6. energy manipulation( i can draw off everything and transmute it to a form i need like something for my third eye or my core or root)
7.telepathy ( its a one way...i dont transmit i receive from folks around me...ppl think the most random things)
8. clairaudiance,clairvoyance,clairsentiants ( in that order. i usually go through all 3 before i get to the last)

oh and apparently i found out that its possible to make constructs from your energy.
so i can make copies of spirits iv seen from my chi and let em lose to gather energy and form individuality then they are back connected to me and help out. i dont have a name for it. it think its pretty much the same as mimicry. ( they are copies of deva's so they live off elemental energy with enough experience we will marge again and ill have more then. after that all over again i do the same)

iv noticed one ability kinda leads to another my personality and the way i train has developed ways to get around certin draw backs.

a lot of times i dont even know which ability im using my main problem seems to be the clairvoyance/chance manipulation paradox.
being angry seems to shift me from empathetic and clairvoyant to telepathic and kinetic. lol knowing is half the battle.
