    Symbol meaning

    Hello all,

I've been trying to find out the meaning of a symbol, but no luck so far.

This ad goes away when you register.

Anyone has any idea what does it mean?

This symbol appears in a crop circle:

I believe the external circles to be the planets around the sun, and my interpretation is that something will happen when that particular alignment occurs. That "something" meaning is connected with the symbol.

    Any thoughts on this?

its associated with 3, or the 3 goddesses, or the 3 fates. The fates are past present and future, the goddesses are crone, mother, virgin
Most ancient religions such as the Norse/Vikings - Greeks - and Mayans believed in the significance of 3 and it being connected to feminine issues.
    Man, woman, child.

    Hi.

The symbols on the link aren't the same and, although there is a similarity on the idea, doesn't mean it has the same meaning. Also, I can't really discern a connection between that meaning and the rest of the crop circle...

    Thanks anyway

    Hi,

I may be a bit late on this subject but I'll post it anyway as it has come to my attention in the past few days. The following is a quote from another website which was posted here, I forget who posted it but here's the url:

    http://archive.tc/?x=369
You can also get to it from the original index posted:
    http://archive.tc/?x=69

The site goes into some quite different ideas but as always use your discernment to get the information that applies to you. Here it is:

The symbol of the triad has always represented integration. It means one polarity, its opposite, and the integration of the two.
Does this have some relevance to you Mythos?

I've also just come across the 13 moon calender which I'll post a topic on later but it ties in with the previous quote. I'm new to this but here's the information from the calender I just bought:

    Tone 3 - Electric
(Represented by three dots in the mayan calender)

    Its guiding code words are:
    ACTIVATE
    BOND
    SERVICE

    Service is love made visable.

Tone 3 represents the sacred Trinity in all of its manifestations. The energy of 3 moves us beyond polarity, ushering in the electrifying current of activation! Instead of the give and take of two, we access the dynamic exchange which makes 3 possible. Energy is now capable of bonding, allowing for an expanded dimension of structure and creational possibilities to emerge. This new dimension awakens creative currents, inspiring circulation, variability, and fresh potential for alignments.
An activated being is alive with their sense of mission - setting their truths in motion! Accepting the opportunity to be of service, we bridge energetically with other beings in the light of collective goals. On a large or small scale, offering one's self in service - willingness to jump in when needed and assist the surrounding circumstances - is a simple, yet highly spiritual act. Acting on behalf of others, as well as the Biosphere and future generations, we access a virtue of selflessness.
The greatest acts of service are in recogniction that those we help are in no way separate from oursleves - that in some way we are merely one aspect of creation assisting another aspect of creation. In active service to life, the path of dharma fills our days with meaningful work, which may or may not ever have rewards outside of the tasks themselves. May we rise to meet the blessing of participating in this great work - the endless work of love.
I know this doesn't directly relate to the exact symbol you have seen but maybe the essence is the same . I can see what you mean about the image of the crop circle and the different spheres being the planets in our solar system but I can't offer anything on that.

The 13 moon calender is a more natural calendar than our current gregorian calendar. If followed it allows us to tap into the rhythm of our planet, the moon and our solar sytem, so that we can become more at one with the natural ebb and flow of the universe. You can find out more here:

    http://www.13moon.com

As I've said I'm very new to this and I'm interested to see if anyone else is using this form of time keeping, will post a topic on it soon if no-one else does.

    As a reponse to TheRavenMother:

I agree that "3" is related to feminine issues as "3" is also linked to the third chakra - the solar plexus which is a centre for tuning into our intuition and feelings, which is traditionally associated with the feminine aspect of our species.

    Much love,

    Alex

To me, it just looks like a section of the Flower of Life:

if you imagine a spiral moving into that to the right like our milky way, then perhaps these are the 3 fates, and the great mother in the center

it reminds me of the triquetra...

It looks to me to be a modified Triquetra.

It's the elephants tusk or tail....don't remember where I saw that though, perhaps google it? It's part of the elephant construct.

The Masculine Feminine and that which balances them into one. You should real Kabalistic stance on it.

It looks similar to the triquetra. It's one of my favorite symbol, hence the avatar.

The elephant is the symbol of the Others. Many Others find their way here.
