I can't drink anymore... AT ALL!!!

Is this part of the DNA activation thing, because I seriously can't drink AT ALL anymore!..lol...I haven't thrown up in YEARS, but now I can barley drink a quarter of what I drank around christmas time, and I will throw up, guaranteed......actually, the other day I couldn't even drink half a beer...I give up, I just can't drink...it is weird! I don't mind at all, it IS a waiste of money after all, but WTH???? I am just wondering WHY out of the blue, when I was such a hardcore, drink everyone else under the table girl for YEARS! Oh well, they'll be mad when they throw me my big birthday party in a few weeks and I say, "No sorry, I'll just have a water..." lol.

What I have found with eating is this cycle.

Your body starts to really react to something.
Say wheat, or alcohol, or red meat

Anyway, your body just absolutely rejects the stuff.
After you realize it, and stop putting that item in your
body, your body then starts to cleanse itself.
Or go through a detoxification cycle.

After that is complete, then you 'can' go back to
eating that item, however, you and your body
will know its not good for it. Your body will take
it, but it won't like it, and you will know it.
(there have been cases that the body just needed to purify, then
it went back to being normal with the substance)

In everyone I have watched, I see this cycle.
And the person after is much more health conscious.
Most give up sugars at some point. and caffeine.
Everything else is a mish-mash of body types vs food types.

    Be well

I can still stomach a drink. I used to drink a lot. Now it seems that I do not even want to do that. I have no desire to mix a drink for myself. My wife still asks me to drink with her every once in a while but she has pretty much stopped as well.

I still have a rare glass of wine, just because it is good for the system.

Heh - last time I had anything to drink was Monday, January 26th. I drank an entire bottle of wine, and haven't touched a drop since

Yup this has happened me too. I'm guessing that the lower level vibrations that alcohol create are not compatible with the higher vibrational frequencies that we adopt when we walk the spiritual path.
The most powerful teachers are those who challenge us to resolve the lessons within ourselves, forcing us to find the source of our healing, peace, love and power from our own resources. They don't refuse to love us because we are unlovable, although that is what we believe, their role is to get us to go within for whatever we are seeking.

I can't drink or eat a lot of the things I used to... coincidence? I also CAN drink more when I do without getting sick like I used to. I drink MAYBE once every few months, probably less, but it doesn't affect me like it used to. Very weird!

TOTALLY!! it is the lower vibrations. the alcohol was a downer for me and yesterday it was difficult to maintain contact with my higher self. i was cranky, irritable, and annoyed with things!! i finally realized it was the alcohol in my system and decided to let myself be cranky and realize i would be back up in the higher grid today!

    and i am!

    yay!!!
    Take care. xo

Reminds me of the scene in LOTR where Gimli challenges Legolas to a drinking contest. After 20 rounds Gimli is under the table and Legolas says, OMG I can feel a tingle in my hand.

Haha, well I would challenge that! It's been a long time since I've drank that much and if I had a person to drink with, I'm ready!

I need a new drinking partner.. I can no longer drink with the last one

Well, I can tolerate alcohol... as a matter of fact, I have a high tolerance..

It almost has no affect on me. It takes a tremendous amount to get me tipsy... and I rarely drink!

I must agree dabbs, there have been times where we go to a club and drink. It doesnt matter how much I drink, I am to concentrated on the people around me. I focus to much. I have drank an entire fifth and not felt a thing because of this :| So I agree with earlier comments, waste of money.
