Happy "Earth Day" Information for "Earth Day"

Arnt these realy cool and awsom you guys its technology of the 21St Century at its best isn't WOW. I love these cars of the vary near future and they are even ECO-Friendly with alternitive technology for the eviroment and the Earth and they look realy awsome and cool::::....!!!! I love these Welcome to the 21St Century::::....!!!!

Hawk Concept Car of the Future

Hawk Concept Car of the Future - CarBuyersNoteBook

More and more people are designing more and more cars lately. Is it because of the advanced technology we have at our disposal which turns our dreams in reality faster than fast? Or is it the fact that cars as we know them now will die out eventually due to the future oil shortage which will cause future financial crisis?

No matter what the reasons are, we keep looking at beautiful designs despite the fact some of them won’t ever make it to an auto plant. Today we have the Hawk car by Alex Hodge. It’s a three-wheel car with a single seat. Almost like a bike but easier to drive in the rain. Add to that a top speed of 233km/h and you’ll get one of the fastest commuting solutions of the future. A Honda RC51 V-twin 999cc engine capable of 10,000rpm and 120RWho will get you that fast speed. Fiberglass outside and molded plastic and leather inside make this little bug easier.

Will it eventually fly? Don’t know but I’d drive one in a heartbeat!

    2030 Concept Car

    2030 Concept Car

I keep imagining that in 20 years from now, we’ll be driving hybrid vehicles. I’m not referring to fuel hybrids here. What I mean is a kind of vehicle that may transform into two or more types according to our needs. For example, a car that can turn into a private jet or an amphibious vehicle. Sort of a transformer car, if you may. But that’s just my twisted imagination and it may turn out the intense car traffic can be move skyward, leaving the ground for huge parks and more skyscrapers. Anyway, the more conservative designers think that ground vehicles will still be around in 2030. Check out this modular design envisioned by Mihai Stamati from Chisinau, Moldova.

Not quite built for blazing fast speeds, Stamati’s 2030 concept car still provides some advanced technology, especially to the eco-friendly supporters. According to DVIce, the boxy car has a solar-powered rooftop and back panels, comes with four seats and the sliding doors together with the extended green windows allow for improved visibility. The concept also includes a cylindrical add-on which can be attached to the rear of the vehicle for extra seating. The rear of the car hides two electric engines, as well. As I previously mentioned, the car isn’t fast at all as it tops out at 20 miles per hour, probably being designed for urban driving and promotional purposes.

Futuristic enough, I’d say, and it’s always nice to see Romanian designers presenting their work to the whole world.

High Tech 21St Century Greener Vertical Farm Garden Skyscraper Cities Concepts

Wow now these are revolutionary type of concept designs of the 21St Century that are allready being worked on by developers and engineers I realy love these these building designs are awsome and wild. But through better advanced technology of the 21St Century though WOW::::....!!!!

    Power Towers

power towers at the map village street editors

The striking concept for the Cor building in Miami looks like swiss cheese but on closer inspection it is a very clever building. Oppenheim Architecture + Design came up with this distinct exoskeleton which provides building structure, insulation, shading and cooling. The most stunning feature is the roof where advanced turbine technology is incorporated into the building structure to utilise breezes off the ocean. Additional features will include solar panels to utilise Miami’s sunny climate, the use of concrete made with fly ash (a waste product of coal power plants), all bamboo floors, special programmed elevators that reduce energy use, recycled glass tiles in bathrooms and of course highly efficient appliances and fixtures. It is set to be completed in 2009F.

Tall buildings that maximise their coastal locations – sounds like a perfect idea for the Gold Coast.

Daekwon Park’s Superstructure for Sustainable Skyscrapers

Inhabitat Daekwon Park’s Superstructure for Sustainable Skyscrapers

Now in its fourth year running, the eVolo Skyscraper Competition takes future-forward architecture to its breaking point, unveiling a stunning array of new structural concepts by architects, engineers, and designers. The latest crop of entries is up, and Daekwon Park’s Symbiotic Interlock goes far beyond the standard skyscraper to envision a total renovation of inner-city infrastructure. The pitch: it’s modular, prefabricated, and completely symbiotic on the existing vertical infrastructure of the city.

Skyscrapers are one of the modern city’s most ideologically charged structures. Dominating the skyline, they captivate and articulate a wealth of ideals while anchoring a city’s social fabric. As the world’s population increases and cities stretch to accommodate it, these structures will become increasingly important in sustaining this massive influx. Out of necessity, they will have to evolve. eVolo Architecture was founded in 2003 by a group of international architects in NYC and hosts a yearly contest dedicated to rethinking the skyscraper in radical new ways. The only requirement: “Designs must be technologically feasible and environmentally responsible.”

Another Wow now these are revolutionary type of concept designs of the 21St Century:::...!!!

26 Story Vertical Farm Skyscraper Coming to Singapore

26 Story Vertical Farm Skyscraper Coming to Singapore - PSFK.com

Architecture firm TR Hamzah & Yeang have designed a stunning eco-skyscraper called the EDITT (Ecological Design In The Tropics) Tower. Set to be built in downtown Singapore, the EDITT Tower transforms the usually cold, impersonal high-rise into a man-nature partnership that will actually help improve the environment.

The 26 story tower will have over half its surface area covered by organic local vegetation. Solar panels will generate up to about 40% of the building’s energy demands, and human waste will also be converted into an energy source via an on-site bio-gas facility. Further adding to its autonomous sustainability, rainwater will be harvested, and a grey water system will purify and re-use waste water. If all that’s not enough, the EDITT will be constructed using recycled and recyclable materials where possible.

    Farming Architecture

    GreeneRevolution - 11th & Us

As the world’s population continues to skyrocket and cities strain under the increased demand for resources, skyscraper farms offer an inspired approach towards creating sustainable vertical density. One of three finalists in this year’s Evolo Skyscraper Competition Eric Vergne’s Dystopian Farm project envisions a future New York City interspersed with elegantly spiraling biomorphic structures that will harness cutting-edge technology to provide the city with its own self-sustaining food source.

The future is looking more and more sci-fi like. I think it is possible to live in a Star Wars setting. No?

I was listening to the radio today. The DJ was talking about a farmer who had free-range cows, which he didn't feed corn and crap to, but allowed them to graze on grass. He would rotate them from field to field, changing it up every day. Then he would let his free-range chickens go to the field where the cows were a day or two ago, so they could eat the maggots and flies. Then he'd scoop up the remaining cow dung to use for fertalizer. He went through a lot of trouble to be gentler on the land and to the animals. I thought it was awesome.

Thanks for posting the thread. Happy Earth Day!

More Alternative ECO-friendly Advance Technology Of The 21St Century

    Embryo Eco Friendly Car Concept

Embryo Eco Friendly Car Concept | FeelGIZMOS in touch with tomorrow

Concept Car Embryo is powered by fuel cells which uses clean fuels like hydrogen. It is completely ecological as it is made of recyclable aluminum and silicon materials used mostly for interior elements. Design wise, it looks like an organism, however safety wise too, it derives the same thought. Soft material is used for exterior while inside it has a protective layer to absorb the impact and keep the passengers safe. The safety system also acts as a communicating system for information like speed, distance etc. and if necessary auto pilot also reacts to avoid possible accidents. With all these safety and design features it surely is a winner in robotic era. More info on Tuvie

    Honda’s Hydrogen-Powered Sports Car

    GEARFUSE Honda’s Hydrogen-Powered Sports Car

Every concept car has to look like it’s straight out of The Fifth Element. If it doesn’t, it might as well be an inflatable Porsche. Not solely making walkers for old people, Honda has brought forth its new concept, the FC Sport. It’s a three-seat hydrogen fuel cell sports car that comes stocked with a high-power fuel cell stack placed between the rear seat, and a backup battery pack placed in the middle of the car.

Don’t expect to be driving it any time soon, or it all for that matter. It’s just a concept, though. So you know it will more than likely never be available commercially. Seriously, whens the last time you got to sit in the driver seat of a high-performance, low-weight hydrogen sports car?

Those vertical farming buildings are incredible. My son has talked to me about similar ideas. Although I still prefer my old cabin in the forest...lol...I would certainly enjoy visiting one. My daughter has also debated with people about building up, not out to save the land for agriculture. And also to save space for our winged and four legged relations. Also those buildings would save water as they could be watered at the top and the water would filter down to the bottom and could be run back to the top, saving a great amount of water and nutrients at the same time. I really do like this thread and will share it with my son when he gets home from school....Thanks again little bro....have a great day..xxoo
