probably the most important thing to remember is that free will reigns supreme on this planet.

many of us feel obliged to help others in need and some of those who we try to help resist this help. I think we need to remember that you can only help those who seek help. Part of someones life's lesson may be to struggle through an area we know how to help them with. Unless they desire our help - it will metaphysically hinder us to help them as this is seen as manipulation a direct violation of free will. Many of you may have experienced this from well meaning parents growing up.
