Near Death Experiences

Has anyone here had a near death experience or know anyone who has had an N.D.E.? I personally have not or know anyone, but I would love to hear about everyone else! Also does anyone have any thoughts about the connection with people who have had near death experiences and those of the "Indigos", meaning alot of times people who have died and come back in the same life often develope abilities similar to Indigos...

my grandma had one NDE just some min before she died...

she was at hospital and she started talking to her sisters and to my brother..

i don't know what she said exactly, but she was talking with their souls(?)

my older brother told me that and he was really shocked of what he had experienced that day...

i almost OD'd twice,and i can honestly say that i felt like i did die for a few mins..
1st time didnt really remember anything except just seeing my life flashed back to the time where i felt most secure and happy.
2nd time,i clearly remember i talked to my late mom,it was life changing..n i checked into rehab after that

I have had a powerful OBE experience up the near death tube, as they call it, once in my life. It was an amazing privelege, and came completely spontaneously during a meditation....

It still gives me amazing shivers and goosebumps. I'll recount the story for you, I think you will like it.

I was in my garage, the only place I could practice my stuff at the time. I was doing some soul retrieval in shamanism, very cool stuff. I was led to retrieve some kind of energy from a past life, so I visualized myself going up to meet my "spiritual parents". I'm not sure if they are real or not, but they were a good representation for me at the time. However, I went to "breathe in" the pure energy as is often done, and as I had done so many times before, and....something amazing happened.

I had my eyes closed, but physically, not just in my mind, I felt my body flip. Of course, I knew if I opened my eyes it would be ruined, so whether or not I really did I don't know. I do know that I had a sensation of moving at INCREDIBLE speed with my legs first in a seated position, and it was up a curved tunnel of some kind. When I say fast, I intuited I broke the light barrier. It was amazing.

When I reached the top.......I'll never forget it. My higher self represented himself as Christ.....All I can say is I felt completely naked and powerless. In front of him, I felt he could crush me, and rightfully so, and I could not argue. It was terrifying. But then.....he grabbed a cup, something like the holy grail I suppose, and poured such a soothing golden energy on me I cried like a baby with tears of joy. I heard his voice so clearly say....."My only joy is to pour my blessings on you.....my only joy....."

It was a supreme gift to experience that, and I had NOTHING to do with it. It's very nice to be able to share it with people who will appreciate it. I've never been the same since then.

Haha.....heavy stuff. Time to go eat!

Thank you everyone for sharing! So has anyone here who had neardeath experiences develope any new abilities after it happened? Or did anyone not have any abilities before it happened and then after it did they developed them?...Keep those stories coming!

Yes the return from the experience brought about a ton of changes. Initially I had a hard time coping and became a hermit for about 7 years even afraid to go to malls or the movies etc. But now I am more social than I was previously to the experience. The changes that happened were positive and for the better. My life has improved in leaps and bounds and had 'The Secret' been around when I had my NDE I would have been their poster girl. My life went from tragedy to tremendous!
