NASA - A Giant Breach in Earth's Magnetic Field
"Dec. 16, 2008: NASA's five THEMIS spacecraft have discovered a breach in Earth's magnetic field ten times larger than anything previously thought to exist. Solar wind can flow in through the opening to "load up" the magnetosphere for powerful geomagnetic storms. But the breach itself is not the biggest surprise. Researchers are even more amazed at the strange and unexpected way it forms, overturning long-held ideas of space physics...In the language of space physics, a north-pointing solar magnetic field is called a "northern IMF" and it is synonymous with shields up!...

...Northern IMF events don't actually trigger geomagnetic storms, notes Raeder, but they do set the stage for storms by loading the magnetosphere with plasma (which is what HAARP does too, coincidentally - my words). A loaded magnetosphere is primed for auroras, power outages, and other disturbances that can result when, say, a CME (coronal mass ejection) hits...Such a CME should open a breach and load the magnetosphere with plasma just before the storm gets underway. It's the perfect sequence for a really big event.

And then here it is mentioned that the earth's magnetic field distorts to resemble a jellyfish!

I have heard such preparation speak for impending 600 mph winds and now hearing this, solar winds would be the perfect explanation for insane weather on top of HAARP; in fact, I would venture to say HAARP may have caused the expansion of the hole in the magnetic field.

An extreme storm/wind could wipe out our communications, radio, electrical grid, satellites. Yikes.

I"m sorry you get bored so easily. Perhaps you should find out why you seek entertainment from outside yourself to pacify your dissatisfaction in life.

There has always been a hole in the MF. There has not always been such a huge hole - that is the difference.

Is a pinprick hole in a pair of jeans the same as a gaping hole that rips more and more? No, they are not the same, that is why I brought it up.

Why have fear? Also, I posted this so people could be aware, look out for signs and prepare. How? Consider where one might live if say, for instance, winds increase dramatically to the point where standing structures may not survive.

None of us have to read a single thing we see. If you so choose, hit the back button and move on; if you choose to read it and get fearful, find out where the fear comes from and combat it.

Some people don't want knowledge - others do. Do you wish to extinguish sources of information for everyone because you choose to not be interested or are fearful?
