    Heat rash - any cures?

One of the hazards of living in a tropical climate is heat rash... red, angry, sometimes waterfilled small blisters in awkward places... behind your knees, under your watch (stopped wearing one), arm bends, back of your neck, under your boobs ... need I go on?

Most of the time it goes away after a couple of days, other times not. Often it can be prevented with liberal use of talc, but there must be some other solution out there? Any ideas?

check the candida thread if you haven't already, at least the op and post #21, to make sure that's not the case. http://indigosociety.com/candida-alb...ou-too-t18012/

if not, you're just plain toxic. fruits and vegetables, colon work.

para zarpullidos (heat rash): homeopathic sulphur 30c or any lower potency, if you can get it there.

topically nopal (prickly pear, yes for sure), sabila (aloe vera)

Skin rashes are the cause of bacteria or fungus. I know its very annoying. You can try some home remedies like Holy Basil, can apply mustered oil there. You can also use colloidal Silver which is especially suitable as an anti-microbial. It has high antimicrobial efficacy.Silver particles have an excellent antimicrobial effect against various bacteria. It kills such bacteria and fungi which causes rashes, infection and itching. So i will suggest you to use colloidal silver soap.

On Hawaii it's always hot and humid, rashes are super common here. I found that cotton clothing, vs. synthetic fibers, helps to keep the salty sweat off your skin. Loose clothing is a plus too! Many skin rashes, including heat rash, can be caused or supported by dehydration; drink water! Also, dry skin has a tendency to crack when exposed to salty sweat and infections boom in those little cracks. Some oils or lotions can help, as long as they are not too heavy or contain skin irritants.

I also found that rashes can be linked to the mind. Stress can trigger or prolong these rashes. Working to reduce stress or consciously calming the mind can be very successful. At least, it can reduce the urge to scratch the itch which tends to make things worse.

oil and leaf=2 different things. of course the leaves do not act like oil (pressed from the crushed fruit). they have herbal properties tho. people mistakenly say 'olive oil extract but it is an extract from the leaves.
