Best thing I did for my spirituality is accept the things I couldn't change. I just sit back and watch things evolve...things that I know will bring about change good and bad...accept and prepare myself for whatever may occur

the best thing i ever did for my spirituality was - expand my awareness and understanding of such.
the worst thing i ever did for my spirituality was - take to many hallucinogenics and lose myself 'out there' for a year or so (crazy times - no, literaly), although, in a paradoxical sense, it did wonders for my spirituality, once id come back down to earth.
its that level of not knowing weather it did u good.
kinda knowing it did, but also knowing your gonna have to deal with the sometimes quite extreme and abrupt changes in reality and self, broadening of awareness of EVERYTHING and deepening of self to a degree i found hard to deal with for a little while.
still do to some degree, but hey.
