Falling asleep would be a blessing! I meditate alone for greater clarity and silence. I do notice how itchy I feel when I should be clearing my mind.

I read somewhere that sneezing was a great indicator that energy was being balanced.

Yep! Sometimes I want to keep sleeping, it's such a deep state, your body weights like 1000000 tons and its soooo hard to move it.
