USPS MEDIA MAIL will let you mail music CD's AT THE LIBRARY RATE ........ really cheap IF you mark on the outside: ELECTRONIC RECORDING - LIBRARY MEDIA RATE. It's something like third class and is SLOW but it gets there. Brown paper wrapping and scotch tape does it - pay at the window, often less than fifty cents anywhere in the USA.

I realize International postage is a whole other thing but if the CD means a lot to you, it's still way cheaper than a copy at the music store.

HERE IS A REAL SIMPLE FORM to list your music CD's on to exchange or trade with others. WHAT I SUGGEST WILL WORK BEST would be to fill out your inventory of music CD's INCLUDE YOUR PRIVATE E-MAIL ADDRESS so you can exchange mailing addresses with whomever you trust - and just go for it. This will require a little homework about your Indigo friend and some TRUST - just like in the "real" world.

WHEN YOU GET A COMMITTMENT TO EXCHANGE music CD's - simply come back to your original inventory posting and DELETE that book from the list. I will come back to this posting and fill in my own list later, updating the list as needed.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE THIS FORM or even this idea - you can certainly do it your own way and probably you'll come up with a better idea or better way of doing it. Thing is, what a neat way to connect with Indigo friends - maybe for a long, long time.

I really like this idea of Music Exchange. Are we talking about Real CDs you buy from the store or just those you get around the net....(do those that one creates on a blank CDR count too?)

How would this work if we are indigos outside the US? I am willing to pay postage to send a CD around the world.

Tagline - COPY then re-Send to someone else who's interested..

The thing with Music CDs is that I think is much more interesting to Exchange Books and even DVDs rather than Music just because music can be easily be got from the net...
