its hard to explain.

i make a grid to assist in the healing.

when ever i have an excess of energy i store it. if the time is right i use it to heal myself.

bio response in the healing process.

pain is good. when you are healing somthing like say a bee bite this is a good example. first you have to deal with the problem. the problem will present itself as pain the body is programmed to tell the soul where it hurts so it CAN be healed. if you put your finger to the spot you understand vaguely what is going on. this is why when most normal ppl bump a knee they rubb the spot.

i take this one step further. i use my enhanced empathy to speak to the cells. they understand whats going on most ppl ignore the agony that they create in their bodies but with empathy you can understand much much more.

step one

empathy use it to feel what is wrong. this one step alone can make you less vulnerable to sickness.

use energy to push into the bee sting. at this point you will feel pain...WHERE ever you feel pain send a mixture of female and male energy into it with your finger. you will feel the pain get stronger but you will also feel the flesh move...follow the flesh let it LEAD you. as you do this you neutralize the poison.

visualize removing discord and chaos fron the cells...the body is programmed to have a sense of homeostasis it will naturally go back to where it should be functional all over.

if you visualize say? i wanna be 20 again your body will do its best. you get a new body every 7 years so every 7 years you would want to try and finalize and optimize the way it works as you have totally new cells and structure has inevitably broken down...think like rebuilding roads.

this is step 2.

2. let your body lead your to where it "hurts" this will give you teh clues to reducing the damage.

at this point you realize there is more at work. there are damaged cells to be cleaned up....blood need to be able to circulate and such....so repeat steps 1, 2

The crystal snow post does kind of explain why I've developed either a new allergy or an intolerance recently. I know/feel the end result will result in being able to handle a higher level of energy once the process works its way though my body. It is a healing from an energy point of view.

I'll have to try the entire healing process. I've done part of it in the past. I just automatically know when something is wrong and how to speed healing for certain things.

The seventh month of the year begins on a quiet and relaxed tone. You have this week to rest in the pause of the Fourth of July holiday [in the United States] before being romanced by the next big wave of expanded Light that is set to shine on us. Make this a week of connecting to and with those individuals and activities that bring you pleasure. The peacefulness of the week will be perfect support for the nature of such activities, so go ahead, and plan a get together or a getaway. And to receive the settling of what Gaia has been cosmically gifted with throughout June take some intentional time to connect with land - tend to plants, hike or walk, spend the day at the beach or lake, have a picnic and eat on the ground, or better yet camp. It's certainly not every week that the universe is in our corner giving us gentle hugs and down-time so take advantage.

An intense M5.6-class solar flare …

The sun erupted with a powerful solar flare Monday (July 2) in an early solar fireworks display just in time for the Fourth of July. A wave of plasma from the flare could reach Earth by the U.S. Independence Day holiday on Wednesday, July 4.

The sun storm came from a large sunspot called AR1515 that is now rotating across the Earth-facing side of the sun. It unleashed an intense solar flare at 6:43 a.m. EDT (1043 GMT) today in what is expected to be one of several strong solar storms in the days ahead, space weather officials said.

Several space telescopes are monitoring the sun around the clock, with NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory spacecraft capturing video of today's solar flare.

The flare registered as a class M5.6 solar storm on the scale used by astronomers to measure the sun's weather. The sun's strongest storms come in three primary classes. The weakest storms are C-class flares, which have little effects that can be felt on Earth. M-class flares are moderate solar storms that can supercharge the Earth's northern lights displays.

The strongest solar storms are X-class events. When aimed at Earth, the most powerful X-class solar flares can endanger spacecraft and astronauts in orbit, interfere with satellite signals, as well as damage power lines and other infrastructure on the ground.

According to Spaceweather.com, a night sky observing and space weather tracking website run by astronomer Tony Phillips, the solar flare unleashed a wave of charged plasma called a coronal mass ejection (CME), but the particles were not aimed squarely at Earth.

"The eruption also hurled a CME into space, but not directly toward Earth. The south-traveling cloud could deliver a glancing blow to our planet's magnetosphere on July 4th or 5th," Spaceweather.com wrote.

What is Mercury Retrograde?:
This happens three to four times per year, when the planet Mercury slows down, and appears to stop (station) and move backward (retrograde). It's an optical illusion, since there is forward movement, like speeding by a slow-moving train -- as it recedes, it appears to go backward.


What happens during Mercury Retrograde?:
Since Mercury rules communication, it's said that everything goes haywire in that area -- emails get deleted or bounced back, mail is returned, calls go out into the ethers, etc. Some people find that their computers go on the fritz or phone lines go down. Mercury goes retrograde, three or even four times a year. It has now become part of pop astrology. But the problem is, most people don’t know enough about it and just assume the worst. It’s all “Don’t travel”, “Don’t sign contracts”, “Don’t marry” or “Don’t look at your computer or it will blow up!” In my opinion you have to take the whole of the Mercury retrograde cycle into account which in total is approximately eight weeks. Some years this that could mean you are hiding under the duvet for pretty much half the year. What a waste of a truly magical time!

The reason people are so scared of Mercury retrograde is because it is when Mercury’s shape-shifting, trickster side comes out. It’s when our mind apparently plays tricks on us. I say “apparently” because, Mercury retrograde is an optical illusion. It isn’t really going backwards at all.

Mercury Retrograde Meaning

The reason some people do experience Mercury retrograde as problematic I believe is because of all the negative hype that comes with it. We all know fear makes us clumsy and nervous, and of course there is the danger of feeling cursed. Curses work because the trickster energy, working it’s magic on our mind is dictating reality. Reality is not important, it’s the perception of reality that creates your future and generates either success or failure. This is the test of Mercury retrograde.

Vedic astrologers consider Mercury to be stronger when it is retrograde because it is a closest to the earth than at any other time during its orbit. So Mercury will be between the earth and the Sun. If it feels as though strange forces are in the driver's seat, join the club. July has been packed with a fair amount of energetic commotion, and therefore opportunities for success, positive change, transformation, revolution, and exhilarating developments have been abundant. To avoid your own personal high drama, you need to tread with conscious awareness when tensions build either within the air or within yourself. Take yourself away from power struggles, frustration and willfulness so that you can move into alignment with a calm and positive state of being that clearly shows what is important over the next two weeks.

Astrologically we will are impacted as Mercury goes retrograde until August 8th. This cycle of reflection will have us examining the creative power of our words and thoughts. What is it that you truly intend to create when storms are brewing and pressures building in the outer world? A frail weak expression of intentions will produce nothing. To activate the pleasure component you'll want to use sounds, images, textures, smells and movements that will open your heart and make you feel dynamically alive. Live each day to its fullest and know that the good you feel will expand all that you love and touch.

To spend less time on the side of the street labeled suffering, you will have to allow life to disappoint you and accept what is. Remember you can only suffer when you push against or resist an experience (energy). Accepting "what is" to be releases suffering. The next step is to send yourself love waves as you sit with the emotions of disappointment and pain. Unconditional love sent into your system from the Soul part of Self will begin to shift and bring healing. Remember, love as an internal focus projected outward is a constant flow of self-assurance, of self-acceptance, forever striving to merge and grow more of its blissful feeling of unity and harmony with all creation.

Humanity constantly experiences cycles of growth, stagnation and decay, which makes way for newer heights of consciousness and expansion. The master turns inward and strives for an enhanced quality of life by expressing gratitude for what has been given and then asking what the lesson is/was. Once you understand the lesson from within then you can take the action steps that are appropriate for you. [In summary- #1: Allow life to disappoint you. #2: Send love waves. #3: Gratitude and lessons learned. #4: Action steps.]

As the collective global consciousness gets kicked up another notch by the Sun, planets and other forces of the cosmos, new mindsets and realizations will begin to be expressed, hopefully in innovative and beneficial ways. Expect that the latest super-sized energies will be bursting with a spiritual aliveness that enhances sensitivities and perceptions of Self and environment. Stay grounded and be fully in your body - peaceful, present, clear and aware. If one is centered within one's energy, the ability to influence that in one's realm improves. What can we expect in our bodies as these pulsations of plasmic fire land in our fields? Since our bodies are so dense, they do not adapt as easily as our consciousness does. There will be issues in our nervous systems, immune systems, muscle cramps or spasms, heart and lung challenges and the need for more hydration. Think about positive ways to improve your diet and add nutritional benefits when your body begins sending the flashing red lights that warn its distress. Calcium and Magnesium are a wonderful supplement now as they send a renewed emphasis to the nervous system and muscles. Increase your intake of water to assist the energies in moving through the body. Remember that we are composed mostly of water. Water is conductive. Intensity coming!

Greetings!

The next week builds up in intensity, so I thought it best to get this forecast out a little in advance. Although I do not like to dwell on bad things or the negative, I also do not want to take the Pollyanna rosy view either.

On Friday the 13th, earthquaking Uranus turns retrograde until December 13th. It is worthwhile to pay attention to the days when these slow planets change direction- especially now because communications planet Mercury also turns retrograde on the 14th (through August 7th). At the very least, give yourself extra time in traffic. The balance between your lower, practical mind is realigning with your higher, philosophical mind now-and they don't always agree with each other.

Add to that, aggressive Mars is moving forward to create a T-Square pattern to explosive Uranus and destructive Pluto, exactly on July 17 & 18.
This is a very challenging pattern where powerful forces all want attention, and they are pulling in different directions. Pay attention to any anger that comes up, or the need to impatiently force your way. Give angry people or road rage potential a wide berth.

The positive interpretation is to take actions that will help you balance your freedom and security needs.
Make room for your playful and creative side, yet still tend to your responsibilities. You don't have to go through an earthquake or airplane crash to experience these energies. Find a positive physical outlet such as exercise.

The New Moon itself on the 18th is in nurturing Cancer, so helpfully this will tone down the other rude energies. Participate in activities with loved ones or those you trust. Nurturing activities are good, but don't put too much lighter fluid onto the charcoal grill!.

We can certainly see that the Mars/Uranus/Pluto T square is the violent storm and the New Moon itself the valuable home. We retreat into our Hekate caves when the emotional weather is just too frenzied. The message of this moon is pretty clear. Batten the hatches and wait for the furious tempers to subside. Protect yourself and those closest to you. Do not, under any circumstances try to whip this Moon up or try and fight it on your own. The benefits of this storm will not be felt for a while. Awakening The Internal You.

Know where you are going and what you are doing this week as the cosmos becomes agent-provocateur. Magnetic shifts are still stirring the "global heart" to change, not to mention our own personal experience of our own identity. We have been undergoing another level of being pulled inward - toward exploring personal truths and soul-wisdom. The vibration has brought more spiritual awakening through revelations of new plans, purposes and ambitions. You will be required - or have already had to make to make decisions that bring adaptation and renewal, both of which create an awakened spiritual awareness and illumination.

I have been witness and healer to uncertainty, surprises and upheavals in the lives of those close to me and those I work with. If you have been kicked around by universal forces and are feeling a bit discombobulated rest assured it indicates that you are walking the latest rite-of-passage and agreeing to the integrate the necessary internal rearrangements. During this time you it's key that everything happen in an order that is conscious of both timing and details, so gather the facts, look at the larger picture and see the alternatives, then make your decisions and act decisively.

For the conscious and aware there is an installation operation edging through your energetic fields that is synthesizing your heart and physical-elemental body to a new rhythm of wisdom and compassion. That path currently creates mental sparks and shock waves in the process. While tensions may be palpable, don't become your own worst enemy by defeating your higher purpose.

It's time to pay full hyper-awareness in the current cycle while using "nonattached receptivity" to all that appears in your path. This is a huge process; so please do not resist it or think something is wrong with you. Accept and accept some more. Your core identity, everything that you were is being reconfigured and realigned to support your Eternal Essence (true self) compassionately and selfishly. You will not be able to get the new things integrated until the old useless methods and conditions fall away. Come from the heart as you walk the path of personal truth that is in front of you, that is all that is required now.

Should a challenge greet you, center your being in your core. Assess what is required and conjure courses of action you might be able to engage in with the interest of producing a favorable outcome. As much as the patterns out there are anxiety producing and can be event creating, so are they rich in yet undiscovered possibilities, especially when approached from a spiritualized mindset. Such strategic planning shall reward those thinking deeper, looking farther and reacting from a solid center with creative solutions and unlimited inspiration. Pay attention to your dreams and intuitions this week because they will give you direction and guidance when necessary.

Be prepared to take responsibility for bringing things into harmony; this will bring peace and balance. If the elemental energies of diving deeper into your essence are overwhelming you a bit use the essences of Red Clover or Red Penstemon to restore equilibrium. Red clover assists when you are dealing with "herd" mentality. It defuses the effect when one gets upset, sending another and another into unrest or hysteria and the next thing you know, you have the entire herd stampeding. Calcium and Magnesium are a wonderful supplement now as they send a renewed emphasis to the nervous system. Increase your intake of water, preferably with a PH of 5+, to assist the energies in moving through the body. Remember that we are composed mostly of water. Water is conductive. It also evaporates, especially when it is carrying energy. It wouldn't hurt either to learn more about medicinal herbs that can help strengthen your immune system. If stress and strain have been building up, find a temporary release through exercise routines, working out at the gym or while engaged in competitive sports.

In these end times, separating us from the shift of consciousness to occur by the end of this year survival and happiness depend on our abilities to reach enlightenment. July has within in it the simplicity and power of more of our Divinity and you are being exposed to all the resources necessary to attract a renewed state of illumination and Soul presence. Remember, that change can involve as little as a five-degree shift in perspective. Pay attention to how the universe is orchestrating events and situations to get you to your next rightful place of ascended consciousness.

First Cause but from it. I rest within the creative still point of universal

that emerges from this First Cause purpose has a capacity, a power given
to it to awaken greater and greater amounts of compassion and love in

That which is love fills my consciousness with a full union to devotion. I

i honestly think that there is an abundence of natural neutral energy present.

this energy is highly malleable and can be used to healing repair and growth.
mostly growth.

im being honest. i sensed it and started my observations but for the first time in months it feels....just good.
i mean i still have much reason to be sad today but everytime i get sad there is good energy.

the best thing i can recommend unless some one sent me a care package i dont know about ( most are not as stable as this) is to go sniff some flowers and draw in their essence. the plant life right now is resonating with that energy...trying to adapt to the drought i guess.

Yeah, I've felt it also. Like sovereignslade, I have a very good reason to be sad this week. However I'm at peace and unable to dwell on the sadness. I also have felt additional energy in the center of my being. This is a VERY powerful and positive energy. This is the first time I've felt an energy this powerful - and I've felt some extremely powerful energy.
