To start off I will say that this is a primarily selfish thread given that im asking about me and hoping for answers pertaining to me. Anyone receiving benefit from this thread is a wonderful side effect

Im turning to hopefully "like minds" to bring up the current state of economy. My reason is that im in the market for job and find myself (excuse the narcissism) an avatar lacking credentials dictated by the system. My problem lies in that I want a job catering to my needs as a person not willing to work 9-5 UNDER someone. (Im sure more than one will agree with my requirements). So i find myself in a bind. More so, im a peculiar type of indigo given that I have no tolerance for the stupidity of monotenous people and elevated people alike. Im very good at putting up a facade and being pleasant to unattractive auras is merely a conditioned response. My strengths lie in cognitive process which is why I chose education in psychology, but im interested in making money so im at another dead end. One last point is that, above all, im prepared for a new world in conflict with the powers that be, and the powers now growing.

Outlined by the schedule of something like videogame testing, private decision maker for a well established buisness mogul, and/or healer for a completely indigo retreat, is there anything in the mrket to suit my requirements, or must I conform?

I think most of us here are not people who suit full time work - we all need part time hours and we are the kind of people who cannot be bound by rules, and need the freedom of being our own boss somewhat... so I can understand where you are coming from.
I cannot personally help you with any ideas except for 1... do whatever you think you can or want to do, and can see yourself doing for many years... I choose to try and make a career out of my hobbies, its not easy, especially when you need something you hate in order to survive in society "money".

well there is online/phone counceling where you can choose your hours around 24/7, with a degree in psychology maybe a good idea...i don't know how creative you are, but a good artist makes good money every now and thhen =)...can't think of anything else at the moment, but if something pops into my head i'll get back to you!

thank you both for the input, i relate to trying to make a job out of my hobbies but having a hard time. im very creative, art, hackey sack, problem solving, but no money from it....I hope to find a sponsor to allow me to educate myself in all walksof life, specifcally kaballa and quantum physics... haha...not happening thnx again

Hah, I can't help but just empathize. Personally, I work on my creativity and hope to effectively expand and be productive in that field, however I can't help but understand what you mean in terms of adapting to the very constricted and repetitive manner of typical employment. I think we'll all find something we're best-suited for, but yeah, it's not easy for someone who's bothered by such things. Good luck though

Well, I am a dog groomer. I am self-employed. Get to set my own hours, plus I get to have fun being creative. I am an artist and the dogs are my pallet...

Plus, I get to be the voice for the speekless. Some owners are unaware of the language their furry friend is speeking and I get to tell them. Weither they are suffering from neglect or other clues I pick up from them.

Its nice to have that unspoken bond with an animal and they know excatly what you are communicating...

Oh, and the job pays very good too!!
